The management was excellent... It was a really friendly place to stay. We stayed in a suite. Fully stocked. It was a half a block to the beach. The bedswere good and the price was excellent for a beach Inn... At night, they have a community type patio where you can BBQ. There was a guy there doing just that,... more

This is the very first motel i ever styaed, without real doors. The front door is a sliding glass door with a lock which is very difficult to lock. In the night time you can hear all the people walking and talking infront of the room. No privacy unless you pulled the curtain around completely,so you can't see anything. No windows... more

The Beachwalker Inn leaves much to be desired. When I went to the front desk at 9pm to get more towels, the door was locked and they did not answer the phone. We could not turn on the ceiling fan due to the 3 inches of dust. The TV was broken and the toilet shifted everytime it was used. The... more

Not what I expected. My husband and I stayed at the Beachwalker Inn for two nights in October and wished we had picked a different place especially for the cost. We had a standard room but had no ocean view (only the view of the opposite side of the hallway). Strange thing about this place...along the hallways there are regular... more

We showed up on a Saturday afternoon in July with no reservations. The staff could not have been nicer! They gave us a great deal on a suite. (that was all that was available) The room wasn't quite ready and they asked us to give them about a half hour, which was no problem. We wanted to look around the... more

It is a great location to wineries and the beach. It was very clean and comfortable. Although we didnt need the fireplace for our stay I can see how comfortable it would be in the winter months. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Definitely stay there again if I am in Cayucos. more

My husband, daughter and I stayed at the Beachwalker for three nights in October and had a wonderful stay. The room was great, I used the kitchen every day and had no problems. The hotel is located about a block from the beach, perfect for morning and evening walks. The manager was quite friendly and helpful. We are looking forward... more

We stayed at the Beachwalker Inn for two nights in June. It was like a ghost town. There was only one other guest both nights. No wonder. The room was clean and well maintained but the service was pretty bad. We booked the room because it had a kitchenette and a barbecue on the patio. When I began to cook,... more
