When we first got to our room (with a kitchen) the TV didn't work. We were switched to another room. Nice enough, though no kitchen. The next morning the toilet overflowed... twice (someone from maintenance came up for two separate occassions). The hair dryer did not work, unless you were physically squeezing the plug, We reported this to the management,... More

On my arrival to the hotel, the front desk staff Magdalena was wonderful. She was very polite, and knows very well how to treat and great the public. She was very helpful in getting us a room that did not require the use of stairs or elevator. The hotel should be very proud of to have an individual like Magdalena... More

First and foremost, toilet WAY too low to the floor, tub unsafe, safety handle on the back of wall "outside of the shower", scary bathroom not built for two people what with closet directly next to bathroom door, inconvienent had to take turns getting dressed way too small for two people. kleenex box was near empty when we arrived, ran... We were there 5 hot days. The air conditioner didn't work. Maintenance came to fix it immediately but it couldn't be fixed. Management came and said it couldn't be fixed until Moday since it was Saturday. She said she would have it fixed Monday, give us a fan to use and give us our rooms for half price until the... More

I've stayed at this place when it was many other names-It's quality is average. But the deal breaker was the last stay on Pres. Day wknd.-low availability of rooms in the CV since there were lotsa events going on and you had to pretty much take what you could get. Seems I got the 'leftover' room-minimal lighting and furniture, no... More

Reasonable for area. We got the last room-a handicapped room. It was large with a wheel chair shower but a low rise toilet instead of a handicapped high rise. Lots of tile but no bath mat and slippery when wet! Refrigerator, microwave, table and counter space were nice. Grounds were a little shabby.

A big Thank you to Marcia, Fernando and Staff for a wonderful Valentine/Softball Tournament weekend. In our opinion we would consider the Customer Service from all to be excellent! Our reservations were made last minute .However; we paid a somewhat reasonable price for the room after discounts were applied. Keep in mind we were there for Valentines/Presidents Day weekend. Cathedral... More

My room was clean. The front desk service was OK. Lots of highway noise. I heard horror stories about bad neighbors from other guests, but my experience was better. The pool and hot tub are OK. This is a very basic place. You can probably do better for the price.

Inexpensive rates and Pretty clean room. Very convinient location to reach restaurants and shopping centers and golf courses. Also you can enjoy hot spring sauna not too far from the premises. Also neat outside swimming pool has and coin laundry.

It was not that bad, but it wasn't that great either. The pros: The view of the desert mountains was wonderful - if your room faced it. We were able to get a room with a kitchen for a fair price considering that we booked at the last minute. We had a room with 2 queen beds and the one... More
