Stayed here for a business conference held at the hotel. The room was clean and nice and the bed was comfortable. The only draw back was that there really isn't anything close by to walk to. I would definitely come back though for a relaxing weekend to just get away! more

This year we wanted to attend all three days of the Coachella Festival. Most hotels in the Indio/La Quinta area will charge and get premium rates during this period. Through the Doral website, they offered a prepaid option (non refundable) with taxes and resort fees that was an excellent value for that time period. I booked it just before the... more

We stayed at the Doral Desert Princess for 3 nights while attending the Stagecoach Music Festival in Indio. The rooms were pretty standard- had we been looking for anything other than a clean shower/clean sheets or paid more that the $115 rate we found through Expedia, we most likely would have been disappointed. Location was within 10 minutes of downtown... more

Located in the older fringe areas of the Palm Springs. this very clean, contemporary facility (25 yrs. old) is adjacent to a semi-private golf course. This a very convenient, quiet and relaxing hotel for those looking for some golfing and spending time around an excellent pool area. The hotel is across the street from some basic shopping facilities, coffee shops,... more

This was my second stay at the Doral. I was as pleased this time as I was with my first visit. The room was large, everything worked, the balcony overlooked the golf course, and it was quiet. The grounds are very well-kept. The facility is very clean. Satff are very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to avoid the... more

After reading the reviews for this hotel, I was a bit concerned. However, we booked this hotel on priceline for a reasonabl price, and found the hotel nice and the grounds were gorgeous. The room was spacious, with nice amenties (bath & body works), and the view we had of the mountains and golf course/pool was breathtaking. The room had... more

Excellent 3 star hotel. My wife and young children loved our stay. It was quiet, clean and courteous. However, be prepared to pay an extra $15 fee a night if you booked on Priceline. The price for the hotel was nice on Priceline and the attendant waved the $20/ night fee for the pullout bed we needed. We really enjoyed... more

We bid $50 per night on Priceline and got the room for that. As we pulled in around 8ish, I wasn't sure if they were open...lol They didn't look busy at all. The staff was very nice, friendly. Got our room, and headed for it. The bed was a little bit hard for my taste, but nothing compared to the... more

We stayed at the Doral Princess on our way back to AZ from a California trip. Had we stayed solely at this resort with nothing to compare it to, it probably would have seemed alot nicer than it was. We came from the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach and the Embassy Suites in San Diego, so the Doral seemed a bit... more

My stay was horrific as expected and suggested by previous reviews from TripAdvisor. First of all, the name is misleading - the address is in Cathedral City. Most Palm Springs areas where you might want to visit are at least 20 to 30 minutes away from the resort. My friend paid so much for a cab to get back to... more
