“Beware of Castroville Motel”

We made the mistake of not booking a place to stay ahead of time on our May 2009 visit to Elkhorn Slough. We ended up at Castroville Motel, where I paid my $55 cash for a room for 2 adults and 2 children. Upon going to the room, it had one sagging small double bed and a small single bed.... More
