We stayed here to attend an event in Hayward. For the price (90.00) Comfort Suites was way above expectation. The lobby and rooms were very clean. The baths had granite countertops & the tub was enamaled (not plastic!). The beds were very comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast. This is a good hotel for a business trip or something similar.... more
Stayed just one night but lovely place and would return again. Pleasant professional staff, clean and well maintained hotel. Comfortable bed and nice sized room. Great value! Very friendly and accomodating staff, especially housekeeping. My husband and I had a king suite. All rooms are equipped with a microwave and fridge. This palce seems pretty new. I stayed here for three nights and was amazed what a value it is. I paid $90 and they offered hot waffles every morning and the service was great. They have a small indoor spa and sauna. A pool would have been nice, but it was cold out, so I was ok. I will stay... more

The Heating and Cooling system was not adjustable. The fan in the Bathroom did not work. The staff conversed in a forigen language in front of guess's, that did not speak that language. The Hotel served Instant coffee for breakfast. more
