Second time I stayed here in the past three years. Last time it was under construction and this time is was too!! My room was ok but the shower leaked and seemed to Be coming from the room above. Wonder what's on the walls. Still I guess it's ok if you have a low budget.

We enjoyed our stays at the Sandyland Reef Inn. It's affordable rates and the hotel staff had excellent service, specially, the desk lady's name Ivonete was friendly and very helpful! The room was clean.

This was our second summer to vacation in Carpinteria. We enjoyed the Sandyland Reef Inn. We especially enjoyed the clean sheets, freshly painted rooms, hot jacuzzi,large pool, and a huge icemaker. We will definitely return next summer.
