A large modern and clean motel, but NO amenities. No fridge, no coffeemaker, no shampoo, no hairdrayer. The rooms are very very basic. You have to pay extra for WiFi. Close to Albertsons supermarket, Starrbucks, Ihop and McDonalds.

I can't complain too much because I found that hotels are generally quite expensive im around Santa Barbara and the central coast. But the the motel 6 was our most expensive and least favorite of all on our trip. That being said, it was super clean and new. The bed was also decently comfy, a bit on the firm side.... More

We've been staying at this particular Motel 6 for ages and I've never had a problem with it. So I had no hesitation booking a room here a few weekends ago on a quick getaway trip. Then I opened the door. We had adjourning rooms and the first room was fine. My room had some stained coverlets and cigarette burns... More

Upon arrival, tried to charge us for an additional adult even though we booked on-line directly through Motel6.com as 2 adults and weren't charged. They waived the fee when I indicated I didn't think that was right. I had very low expectations and did read many reviews of this particular hotel. We were looking for an inexpensive place to get... Very clean, Small room, which was bright, although the TV housing was black and twice the size of the TV No shampoo, but bathroom was good. Check in staff were very nice and helpful. Sleep not great due to the proximity of the highway, but all things considered, reasonable value for money. However, be warned, internet access is charged at... More

I never expected this place to be anything but a place to lay my head in the evening. It was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were much nicer than the ones I had in Ventura, Ca two year ago. It is a pet friendly place and for the money I was not disappointed at all. The staff was very nice... More

This was a typical Motel 6 with the current renovated style which may or may not please you, depending on your opinion of orange. I find it’s ok. Two beds of adequate comfort and cleanliness, a small seating and table area, and a good TV. Washing and bathroom facilities were fine. On the subject of toiletries, towels and other people’s... I was very disappointed ,i have stayed in many hotels recently and for the price this hotel provided nothing more than a bed and very basic room. I arrived when it was raining, there was no internal mat to wipe your feet so the floor was filthy after bringing in the cases. There was only 1 towel in the room so... More

The room was very modern and had a nice seating area!! it was the last room available due to a cancellation and the desk clerk very accommodating. This is a really basic room with no views although a really good area to walk the dog, It was clean and comfortable but no microwave or refrigerator. Also Wi Fi cost extra... More

It was the cheapest hotel in the area price wise and accommodation wise. The double beds looked crisp in the pictures but it translates to stiff, hard and a very uncomfortable sleep. When we showered, my sister noticed black stuff falling from the walls in the bathroom as water poured down the sides. We didn't complain at the time, since... More
