My wife and I came to the Carmel Country Inn for our honeymoon and couldn't have been happier. The room was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great! We were close to downtown Carmel, but the inn was tucked away and felt very private. We'll definitely be staying at the Carmel Country Inn again.

We picked a Luxury King Studio in this Inn on the edge of Carmel after comments by reviewers on TripAdvisor. This was a great tip...these two rooms were only constructed last year and are every bit as spacious and luxurious as the CCI website photos suggest. As you'd expect in Carmel, the Inn is expensive ($300 per night) but I... More

We stayed at this inn for just one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. It’s in a great location in Carmel – on a quiet street, yet walking distance to downtown and the beach. While it looks like a motor lodge from the outside, as access to all the rooms is from outside, it really is more of... More

My husband and I stayed at the inn for four nights. We stayed in a king suite. The room was very clean, the bed wonderful; the bathroom was huge-nice tub for two with a separate shower. The breakfast was great. Oatmeal, cold cereal, fresh fruit, pastries, etc. Very satisfying. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Since we were in the... More

We have just returned from two days at the Carmel Country Inn. The Inn was great and our rooms simply superb. Even now it is surrounded by colorful gardens. We particularly appreciated the fireplace and the sherry in the cooler evenings. The staff was friendly, the service incredible and Tescher Cat adorable. The breafast were scrumptious . The Inn is... Carmel is an interesting place. As much as the girlfriend and i love it here, we wouldn't say its for everyone, especially considering we are a relatively young couple, mid-late 20's. What exactly as i mean by this (as anyone who has been here would agree) is that its quiet, boring, slow and a somewhat 'fantasy city' -- ALL the... More

When seven of my closest women friends and I decided to celebrate our 60th birthdays together in Carmel, I went in search of the perfect place for us to stay -- and found it. The Carmel Country Inn offered charming, up-to-date, comfortable, cozy and immaculate rooms, a great breakfast, and friendly personnel who helped make our weekend stay memorable. Our... More

We had a great stay! The room was beautiful, plenty of amenities, and close to town. Very quiet and bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. We chose CCI due to it being dog friendly and it is! They were so kind to Bailey and make her feel as though she was part of our family! THey have a... More

We spent only a night at the Inn, but we'll certainly return if going to carmel. The place is so beautiful and the staff is very kind. As we arrived in the afternoon, we went at the reception and we found biscuits just prepared (great taste and smell) and fresh lemonade... what a wonderful start! We stayed in the two... More

We booked 4 rooms at Carmel Country Inn for our wedding this past August. From the moment we arrived the service was fabulous, the rooms were wonderful....the whole experience was perfect. We had one of the 2 bedroom's and it was great. Our other guests had the 1 bedrooms and studios...each room was comfy and had all we would ever... More
