We stayed here for two nights in late November. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was so cozy it felt like you were staying at a friend's house. We have stayed at a couple B&Bs in the past two months and I keep wishing we'll walk in and find the Carmel Country Inn's room! Bed was fantastic,... More

We stayed at Carmel Country Inn for 4 nights in early January. This was our second 4 night stay in 6 months. The accommodations are of good size, in particular the bathrooms. The bathroom toiletries are of high quality and the towels are thick and abundant. The bed is very comfortable and the Inn is delightfully quiet. The included breakfast... More

My husband and I visited Carmel for my Birthday in December and wanted to stay in a place that was Pet Friendly as we never go anywhere without our two Chihuahua's. Carmel Country Inn was one of our first choices as it had the best website, was the friendliest when I contacted them and seemed the most pet friendly, so... More

We enjoyed two great days at the Inn and it was love at first sight as we were greeted by a large, well-fed cat sitting in the arms of one of the innkeepers. So, leaving my two cats at home made this a lovely and welcoming scene! This is an older place, however, we stayed in the large room with... More

We found this place after some google searching as it did not initially appear on Tripadvisor (only after we searched for it by name). It was everything we hoped for and more. We stayed at the "Treetop" room (granted it is one of the most expensive ones, but it was well worth it). The room is spacious and comfortable, with... More

My wife and I came to the Carmel Country Inn for our honeymoon and couldn't have been happier. The room was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great! We were close to downtown Carmel, but the inn was tucked away and felt very private. We'll definitely be staying at the Carmel Country Inn again.

We picked a Luxury King Studio in this Inn on the edge of Carmel after comments by reviewers on TripAdvisor. This was a great tip...these two rooms were only constructed last year and are every bit as spacious and luxurious as the CCI website photos suggest. As you'd expect in Carmel, the Inn is expensive ($300 per night) but I... More

We stayed at this inn for just one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. It’s in a great location in Carmel – on a quiet street, yet walking distance to downtown and the beach. While it looks like a motor lodge from the outside, as access to all the rooms is from outside, it really is more of... More

My husband and I stayed at the inn for four nights. We stayed in a king suite. The room was very clean, the bed wonderful; the bathroom was huge-nice tub for two with a separate shower. The breakfast was great. Oatmeal, cold cereal, fresh fruit, pastries, etc. Very satisfying. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Since we were in the... More

We have just returned from two days at the Carmel Country Inn. The Inn was great and our rooms simply superb. Even now it is surrounded by colorful gardens. We particularly appreciated the fireplace and the sherry in the cooler evenings. The staff was friendly, the service incredible and Tescher Cat adorable. The breafast were scrumptious . The Inn is...
