Location, location, location. Couldn't be any better. Loved being able to walk around town at any time. Fantastic restaurants were just steps away. We never ate the breakfast that was included because we were enjoying breakfast at La Bicyclette just down the street so much (and the options at the hotel didn't really work for us due to dietary restrictions).... Spent three nights and found the rooms comfortable. The staff was friendly and available for any requests. The complimentary breakfast was very nice with fresh juice, fresh fruits, muffins and cereals. Covered parking below the units.

We spent an incredible two days in Carmel By The Sea at The Adobe Inn. Great staff, excellent suite, perfect location. We would love to go back as soon as possible. A+++++ Loved the fact that there are many restaurants within walking distance on Delores Street. Can't wait to go back.

We have been enjoying the Adobe Inn for years and it just keeps getting better. The inviting courtyard with plants and flowers give the property a sense of spaciousness and privacy not usually available at the modest price. All the standards are included: breakfast to the room, wi-fi, good linens, fireplaces, private balconies, small swimming pool and spa. The rooms... More

The Adobe Inn is everything we want in a hotel in Carmel. It has the largest rooms, is well maintained with the features you'd expect in a top hotel; however the pricing is modest compared to most properties in Carmel. What a great combination! We know Carmel very well and have stayed in many places. The Adobe Inn is at... More

we were staying in room #36. Beautiful high ceilings, wonderful bed and bedding. The best stay we have ever had in Carmel. In room breakfast. I wish they had almond milk as an option. I am vegan. We will be back!

Spent 2 nights at the Adobe Inn in Carmel. Upgraded to a room with a fireplace and balcony. Spacious, not overly fancy, room, great fireplace. A limited view of the water. Very helpful and nice people. Located right in the middle of beautiful Carmel, next to a great restaurant Le Bicyclette which is a good choice for French and Pizza.

This was our fourth visit to Carmel and after each thorough research, Adobe Inn remains the best choice for us. It has private parking, no dogs, great views from some rooms, and is close to everything in the village. This time, the only sound we could hear at night was the ocean. The property is still dated but clean and... More

My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and we were not disappointed! Very cute little hotel right in the heart of Carmel. Shops, restaurants and wineries all within easy walking distance. The room was very spacious, nicely appointed and had a nice fireplace. We did not take advantage of the breakfast in bed since the earliest... More

I was immediately impressed when I walked into the very spacious hotel room. It was modern, clean and stunning. And best of all, it was within walking distance to everything in the heart of the city. Sergio and the rest of the staff was incredibly friendly making me want to come back. I will definitely stay here for my next... More
