We loved the Quail Lodge. Rooms are great and big. Staff is friendly and helpful. Gym and classes are great. Also has a terrific golf course. Too bad that it is closing. It is one of our favorite places. Maybe someone will buy it more

Beautiful,relaxing resort setting. Staff is friendly but totally disorganized including front desk, housekeeping, & restaurant. Does not seem that anyone is supervising this once great spot. This resort is not what it portrays to be. It's first class rooms, amazing deals and packages, excellent customer service, and overall successful operation is an illusion. If you are looking at Quail Lodge, you should keep in mind a couple of things: 1. It is billed as a resort, and is kid and dog "friendly".
