My husband, two girls (ages 12 and 10) and I stayed two nights at Lobos Lodge. Nice room with plenty of space, perfect location, fireplace and patio. The Lodge is within walking distance to everything in Carmel......the ocean, shopping and restaurants are just a few steps away. The staff is extremely friendly. The free breakfast is just a small snack... More

My husband and I had a last minute chance for a night away and we landed at Lobos Lodge. The location can't be beat in Carmel and that made it for us. Some things to note - our room was not air-conditioned - a fan, yes but just something to note if you're planning a visit and it's hot. Also... More

We came to Carmel for our anniversary and stayed at the Lobos Lodge for 4 nights. The hotel couldn't have been in a better location as you can easily walk everywhere -- to the beach, shops, galleries and restaurants. Our room was charming and very comfortable. We even had a small peak of the ocean from the balcony. Each morning... More

This is our third day staying in this hotel and have been very happy with Lobos Lodge. Will stay here for another day but have been very pleased with our accommodation. The room is very comfortable with a nice sitting area and bathroom. Breakfast delivered every morning (see attached pic). Our room have easy access to Ocean Avenue and about... More

We came to Carmel for the weekend for a wedding. After checking into our first hotel and being very disappointed with the room, we were offered a full refund (thankfully) and told we could change to another hotel. It was a busy weekend in Carmel but were lucky enough to walk into the Lobos Lodge. They had one room left... More

Booked our Rooms at Lobos Lodge while enjoying a very late lunch at Big Sur. As promised, the hotel was easy to find - just one turn off highway 1 took us down Ocean Ave. At the bottom of the cute little shops and eateries lining the street sat Lobos Lodge. We got two rooms - one a suite with... More

Lobos Lodge definitely has the best location in Carmel. It is right in the heart of town and only a few short blocks from the beach. The staff here is awesome - - Gia was kind enough to give us a tour of a few different rooms because we arrived without a reservation. Our room (41) had a small kitchen... More

Not a cookie-cutter hotel, Lobos Lodge winds up its hillside site, the rooms connected by flower-filled pathways. The location along Ocean Ave is perfect for walking to the beach and shops. Driving is easy, too, as there is ample room to park. The 17-mile-Drive ends a short way from the hotel. The layout of our room (12) was very spacious,... More

Perfect location for wandering around this beautiful & quaint village. Lovely room with comfy beds, fireplace, coffee maker, etc. We took our friends visiting from Missouri for two nights, & could not have been more pleased.
