We stayed there during one of the busiest season of the year, July 4th, and the room was almost full occupancy. However, the price was reasonable, and the owner was so kind as to reserve the ocean view room even in a late booking. The view from the gust room was great ocean view!! awesome!!! The staff was very hospitable and accomodating. We loved our room. The suite was clean, roomy, and had an ocean view. The hotel is across the street from the ocean, the jacuzzi is in the center of the patio area, close to all the 1st floor rooms, and the breakfast is more than continental!
