I booked this room here because it was one of the least expensive options in the area. I'm not a fussy person, I don't need the Ritz Carlton; a Motel 6 would have been fine.
It's a quaint location, on a strip of the beach known for having a multitude of hotels. The beach is across the street, an easy 5 minute walk (if that) to get to. It is mostly rocky, but still walkable.
The first thing I noticed when I got here was the lack of cars in the parking lot. Attributing that to the season, I didn't think anything else of it. The office was easy to find, the staff (I've thusfar only dealt with the office manager) quite nice. Then I had to travel a maze to get to my room - there is no easy way to get from point A to point B; in fact, it's faster for me to go through the garage to get to the office from my room, than it is to wander to the first floor and go from there.
