After we stayed in Phi Phi we stayed here for one night to be closer to the airport for our early departure. This was the biggest mistake we made, the hotel is extremely large and when we checked In it seemed we were the only people on the property. The whole vibe is creepy, if you have seen the movie... it is not a real resort and Spa, it is far away from anything, I went there on New year eve, was very bad experience, they made confusion in our reservation, took hours to fix, the breakfast is very poor, the staff's are very confused, I would not recommend this hotel.

This resort is very large- we went during slow season so it virtually felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves! It has a large pool and a small lake that you can kayak around (included). It feels like you are amongst the wildlife - lots of birds chirping , fish , frogs and we even saw a couple... More

Its close to the airport, Its biggest advantage, its surrounded by beautiful nature, great lake and nature view, but the management is poor, staff is more lost among themselves, its a big property and it certainly lacks management and service, rooms are very far from lobby area, poor signs and hotel staff are not comfortable if you ask them twice,... Very near to the airport and town. Walking distance to a halal seafood restaurant which saved 'the day' cos hotel food is a problem. My room was far from the lobby but it compensated with the lovely view.

In contrast to some of the mean spirited reviews our fellow TA compatriots have submitted, we found this to be a nice and budget-friendly family choice. It does not aspire to be a top-of-the line resort, I don't think, based on the large numbers of Russian and Chinese package tour guests. However, every part of the resort shows attention to... More

You've seen the film ( you know the one, axe through the door and a grinning Jack Nicholson sticks his head through to say hello) well now you can experience your very own version here in Thailand. Greeted by a stunning lobby, you are then ushered along lengths of dimly lit concrete corridor to a less than impressive room. Maybe... More

I have mixed feelings about this resort and I am really thankful for some of the advice here on tripadvisor before I embarked on my trip with my family. Overall the resort is nice and pleasant but I wished it could have been better. Here are my feedback: 1. Efficient and friendly staffs. (Some with limited command of English but... More
