We stayed here for two nights over the summer and it was definitely quiet as Niseko is a destination popular for the winters. But anyhow, we were greeted by very friendly staff. They were also very proactive with recommending activities for us to join and happy to book them for us as well. Our hotel came with breakfast and dinner.... More

Booked a stay for a week. The greeting on arrival was businesslike, perhaps even grumpy. Perhaps the staff member had had enough after a long season. Since we were there near the end of the ski season, we asked about the local bus departure times and were duly given the times, but we were not told that the bus company... More

Skied in for the buffet lunch (started 11.30) and wow, what a selection. 1800 yen for an utter banquet of food, coffee and deserts. Huge variety to choose from. Glad there was skiing straight after to work off the calories.

Came to Niseko for a skiing holiday, staying for 3 nights in a twin room with my partner for 48000 yen. Niseko has four ski areas, each of which has its own dominant ski resort - Hanazono, Hirafu, Niseko Village (Hilton Niseko Village) and Annupiri (Niseko Northern Resort Annupuri). Hifaru and Niseko Village seem to be the most dominant of... More

Stayed here for 2 nights for a company trip (they accommodated about 40 of us) and even though it was a bit quiet, we got to focus on skiing/snowboarding, plus got a quiet nights in the hotel reception/bar/library. Great, friendly service from all the staff, plus a well-stocked, reasonably priced shop which sells food, drinks, souvenirs, last minute ski gear... More

On the positive side, the hotel is located in quiet Ana'upuri, away from the bustle of Hirafu and is a ski-in-ski-out resort...which makes it very convenient for skiers. The on-site onsen is great to soak in after a tiring day at the slopes. The cafe in the lobby area is a nice place to chill out by the fire place... More

If you prefer an uncrowded place among Niseko, the famous giant ski resort, An'nupuri would be the good place to ski. And Niseko Nothern Resort An'nupuri would be a good hotel for those guys. As we are a family with a 4-year child, we didn't need to ski so many courses or night bars for hanging around, so we chose... More

We stayed here for a week of skiing in February. The resort is very conveniently located for skiing, pick up your gear and then slide out to the lift. Check in smooth and simple, took almost no time and the questions we had were quickly answered. The room was bigger than normal for Japan but still not so big. Clean... More

This is our third year skiing in Niseko and because we usually end up skiing An'nupuri we decided to stay there this year and chose the Niseko Northern Resort Hotel. It was great. Ski-in ski-out, fabulous food in the An'Non Japanese restaurant, an in-house shop that sells beer and sake cheaper than their own bar, wonderful breakfasts of Japanese and... More

After reading the reviews on TA, we chose NNRA for our 3 night stay in the Niseko resort area. We were not disappointed. Definitely the local feel we had hoped for - a few recent reviews mention fluent English being spoken, but we didn't really experience that, although there was one staff member who spoke very good English. Some pros:... More
