Nitpicking first: it's possible to book special paid dinner at the "An-non" restaurant (like king crab), but it must be a minimum for 2 people. And the equipment rental was a tad expensive. Location: Super convenient, at the base of the mountain, ski down directly from the hotel to the gondola or the quad chair lift. Annupuri seems quieter, smaller... More

We stayed in the superior room on the ground floor for 2 nights. This hotel only has 3 floors due to building height restriction, as told by one staff. Service is prompt and friendly. Convenient access to the slopes and gondola from the back entrance of the hotel. Ceiling is too low making the room look cramped, and I am... More

Hard to fault. But I'll try! the one thing that bugged me was that the very handsome lounge allows smoking for most of the day and all of the evening. Consequently the smell of smoke gently pervaded the whole building at times. But as everything else was pretty much fabulous, this is nit-picking. The buffet restaurant is good, the Japanese... The is an excellent hotel, with a kind, helpful staff, clean pleasant rooms, excellent breakfast, and most of all wonderful conveniences. The hotel is situated right next to the slope for true ski in/out, has an onsite onsen, a very nice on site convenient store, and an easy to use locker system--making getting from your room to the slopes quick... We stayed 2 nights at An'nupuri. This hotel was heaven after 3 nights at Hilton Niseko. Although this hotel is so much smaller compared to Hilton but the staff and manager were super friendly and helpful. I would say An'nupuri has 5 stars services. An'nupuri resort isn't luxury at all but the warm welcome and friendly setting deserves a 5... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed in this ski resort hotel. The rooms had 5-star amenities. The resort lobby ambiance was homely. Food was excellent. The staff were helpful especially in the snow boarding rental area. The snowboard instructor Mr. Mura was very knowlegable. We will definitely return to this hotel!

Facilities were clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly and helpful. Getting to and out of ski slop was easy and convenient. It was also very convenient having an assigned ski locker. I rented a ski set from Good Sports before my travel. When I arrived at the hotel, ski set was already waiting for me in my ski locker.... More

This hotel was recommended by a Japanese friend who lives in Sapporo and skis often- it was an excellent choice! Away from the noise and crowds of Hirafu or Niseko Village and its giant hotels, we were able to enjoy traditional Japanese hospitality in an impeccably maintained medium-size modern hotel known in the Annupuri resort area. This hotel is known... More

Stayed here for three days . I am guessing most reviews are written over the winter period , because of the skiing . But escaping the heat and humidity of a Tokyo summer is always great . The hotel itself is good , nice rooms and good costumer service , as you would expect in Japan . Also they have... More

We stayed here for two nights over the summer and it was definitely quiet as Niseko is a destination popular for the winters. But anyhow, we were greeted by very friendly staff. They were also very proactive with recommending activities for us to join and happy to book them for us as well. Our hotel came with breakfast and dinner.... More
