Such a lovely hotel with amazing views of the Banzai slope and great staff! The front desk staff and concierge (particularly Shaun Gregory) were most helpful and went out of their way to help in restaurant and travel booking. Looking forward to returning again!

Generally good hotel. The positives: - Excellent access to the mountain! - Good bar - Good locker facilities - Good dinner buffet Areas for improvement: - Spotty WiFi connectivity in rooms - Breakfast buffet, particularly the scrambled eggs - Shuttle bus scheduling - a half hour loop service would make much more sense.

Great location with ski-in, ski-out facility. Room is comfortable and clean. Only 2 English speaking channels. Love the indoor and outdoor onsen with mountain view. During holiday season, should go to breakfast earlier to avoid the crowd and the buffet closes at 10am sharp. Would be nice if the chef can also add omelette to the breakfast offerings. Dinner buffet... More

My 3rd year in a row at GreenLeaf, after trying other apartment and resort, i should say for skier and snowboarder, that does not want to wait or walk up the hill, this is the place for you. restaurant choices are the only negative aspect in this area, but hey you can take the free bus to Kutchan or Hirafu... This hotel in Niseko village has ski in/out access to the Niseko United ski area. The hotel is modern and contains a restaurant that serves a buffet breakfast and dinner, a bar, ski rental, an indoor/outdoor onsen and small shop. We really enjoy staying in this hotel, so much so this was our second visit. The staff are lovely and... More

The green leaf is a great hotel. Clean, spacious, ski in ski out, good staff, lovely Onsen and it looks exactly like the pictures on the website. Its not the cheapest option in Niseko but having stayed in many ski resorts all over the world feel like this place is good value for money. Pros: Ski in Ski out -... More

A gentle warning to all those who intend to rent ski equipment from the resort's snow activity counter (located on the first floor, where the ski lockers are at). The staff there change the conditions of rental immediately after payment is made. We had asked specifically if we could collect the equipment the day before our rental period and the... More

The hotel is right next to the ski field, so we could easily ski-in and ski-out every day when we stayed there. There is a rental service centre and a window of Niseko Village Snow School in it, so it is very convenient to get any gear you need and arrange skiing/snowboarding courses there. Lift accesses can also be purchased... More

This is a perfect ski in/out resort if you choose Niseko Village as your base of skiing. This resort provides all you need to enjoy your ski vacation. First of all you can take a coach directly to the entrance of this resort from New Chitose airport/ Sapporo. There is a restaurant (or canteen), a lounge and a convenience shop... More

This ski-in-ski-out hotel is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The on-site onsen (spa) is wonderful after a day of skiing. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is superb and the selection has something for everyone. The dinner buffet is also exceptional, with sushi, crab, cooked dishes and a few desserts. Love this place! Also... More
