This was our first stay at the Green Leaf and we were pretty happy with our choice. Staff were extremely efficient and explained quite thoroughly how to embrace the Japanese onsen experience which was a new concept for us. The outside onsen was fantastic; I used it a few times during my stay and I found it quite soothing after... More

Good sized rooms, great amenities and nice staff. You can open the windows a little bit which is a plus for me because I don't like stuffy rooms. I got a room with a nice view of the mountains and I can see people skiing which is really great. I also liked the buffet spread they had at the hotel.

Great ski in ski out position but be carefull of additional fees after booking. That is why they ask for the full amount upfront unlike other accomodation managed by booking.com.....be careful a bit sneaky this organisation from Malaysia.

This is my 2nd time to Niseko Village and first time staying at Green Leaf Niseko, previously I stayed at Hilton. It's a ski in and out hotel with user friendly ski slopes for beginner skiers. They even have magic carpet near the beginner slopes as well. Front desk staff were courteous during check in process and provided lots of... More

We reserved a corner suite, and were very pleased with the view and the layout. As is typical of Japan, the overall room size was small but well designed. We chose a suite because it had a "kitchenette", something we insist on having as skiers. We don't want to cook full meals but possible heat up a prepared meal or... More

My Toronto-based ski club travelled to the ski resort in Niseko, Japan from February 6th to 14th, 2015 inclusive. To say that this was an unforgettable skiing experience would be an understatement. If you are a keen skiier who enjoys skiing in powder snow up to your knees then Niseko ski resort is the place to go. During our first... More

The hotel is not that big, room and bath room size is small (Japan standard). Bed very comfortable. Our room facing ski slope so better choose higher floor if you don't want to hear a noise from outside. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and food was very good. We went to Hilton hotel for dinner one time... More

Very helpful staff in all sections of the hotel. Most can speak adequate English to resolve any issues. Unlike the tired Holton the Greenleaf has a more boutique cosy feel with really friendly staff. Great ski in/ski out and a lovely indoor/outdoor onsen. The restaurant was good value and the nightly buffet well worth it. Fairly regular busses to the... More

The Green Leaf Hotel is an average standard hotel, not amazing, but not bad. The staff are very friendly and will try to do their best to help (booking tables in restaurants etc). Although Green Leaf is ski in / ski out (great!) it is a fair distance from Niseko Village (15ish mins drive) and taxis are often hard to... More
