1. Rooms very small. 2. For days no L size for kids yukata for onsen 3. Breakfast ends 930. No entry allowed after although food available 4. Only 1 restaurant which is buffet style 5. Onsen over rated. It's average. No spectacular view as shown online 6. Rooms with views are not worth it as the snow machines come with... More

The Green Leaf is somewhat more young, trendy, smaller than its older brother Niseko Hilton, but I would still opt for the latter. There is a reason why Hilton is more expensive and that's because it's the better, more rounded hotel with slightly better service, much better restaurant offering, better access/shuttle, easier parking, closer to the lift, has proper onsen... Pro: Great staff and excellent onsen. Friendly staff, with excellent English and Mandarin. And the outdoor onsen is fantastic when it snows. Con: Asian families with completely out of control children running riot. Constantly. Day and night... The bar is next to reception, and feels like a cross between a day care centre and a zoo. Not necessarily the hotel's... More

Of the many hotels we stayed in Hokkaido, this was the most international. Service was friendly, by staff from different nationalities. Breakfast and dinner were served at the same restaurant, with a variety of Japanese and International selections. We rented skiing equipment, and surprisingly found them to be relatively new/good condition. This was also the only hotel during our trip... More

This hotel is a bit pricy. However , the view is better than Hilton which was worth it. The room is clean but not very new. Staffs are great. Unlike Hilton, not so many guests. Never been onsen at Hilton but feel like it was more serene here. By the way, it is the same chain so we can use... More

The resort is a cute little boutique package. It only features 1 restaurant and 1 bar! However it's location is at utmost convenience without paying the ridiculous price often asked for at Niseko resorts. Room is very contemporary and spacious which is nice for a Japanese resort. The resort features a beautiful outdoor onsen which is remarkable if u had... More

The staff were very helpful and they speak good English. Lots of Australian, UK and other international guests. Our room only had a average view of Mt Yotei as it was on the 3rd floor and one could hear the slope grooming machines in the morning. As there is only one real restaurant at the hotel, dining choice was rather... More

The location at the base of Niseko village was perfect for getting on the hill ASAP in the morning. Hotel service was good to very good. Breakfast options were great, lunch, dinner and drinks also available. About a 15 minute trip to Hirafu on the shuttle to explore the main village area, otherwise variety at night is lacking, but as... More

We wanted ski in, ski out - and not to be in too busy an area, but still close enough to access restaurants and other services. Green Leaf fit the bill perfectly. The hotel is relaxed, smart and perfectly sited with an great onsen to enjoy after ahard day's skiiing. The food choices were excellent, the ski equipment hire process... More

Perfect family skiing holiday, lovely hotel, great staff. Expensive but expected for Japan. Easy ski in/out from the rental center on ground floor, not as busy as the Hilton nearby. Rooms are small, breakfast is good, plenty of choice. Evenings can be dull food choice wise, and the buses to town get very crowded so we resorted to taxis a... More
