I think it is by far the best hotel we've stayed in. Not only is the hotel beautiful, the staff was warm and helpful to ... I love everything in the hotel!!! Our kids really enjoyed to stayed in this hotel, they got too well pampered by the staff here. A really great experienced for us to stayed in this... More

After 5 days of skiing, we checked in for a rest at Moku no sho for a 2 night stay in the private suite with onsen room. An attendant off loaded our luggage and valet parked our car. Check in was swift and we were brought to our room which was spacious and really well designed. The private outdoor onset... More

I have been fans of Tsuruga Group for many years and had stayed at Akan & Lake Shikotsu before, where we can find top notched service and food there. However, I just stayed in Niseko Tsuruga during this Chinese New Year and the service we experienced was the worst we had experienced in Japan, even worser than a 2 star... More

Arrived from new chilies airport. Precook bus/coach with white liner or similar bus company is probably a good idea if you have luggage than jr train. Train can be longer or shorter depending on time n type of train. Stayed here for 2 nights. If you are coming for ski, you may get hotel to prebook on your rental gears... More

Had a wonderful one night stay in a room with a private onsen. The room was extremely spacious and the outdoor onsen was a nice bonus. The massage chair was a wonderful surprise. The food is wonderful but we can't help but feel that it was more "wow" in our previous stay. The snacks offered at various times of the... More

You immediately enter in a great Japanese experience thanks to a fascinating decoration, exclusive Japanese food for breakfast and dining, and some particular house traditions like walking around and dining in you own kimono. The spot may not be the best in terms of skiing, as you always need to take the shuttle, and the typical food might get a... More

The second you enter the hotel, you will feel an immense sense of serenity, it's as if you have entered into a sacred sanctuary... You will need to take off your shoes, the place is kept impeccably clean, and the design is simple but yet so subtly elegant... I have been to many hotels around the world but this has... More

We stayed here for 5 nights at the start of December planning to ski. It snowed all week but unfortunately too late for us with the resorts not opening until we left. Thankfully we had chosen Moko no sho to stay at as it was a glorious experience from start to finish and the lack of skiing allowed us to... More

We are planning our honeymoon to Niseko and ive tried to book and converse over email regarding our booking but it appears they do not want our custom! Why would I go and stay somewhere that cant even organise a weeks stay with them?! They are poor at emailing back and when they do they keep changing what rooms are... More

We absolutely love this hotel. Stayed here for a night after arriving Hokkaido by plane. Drove 2.5 hour in heavy snow to arrive at this quiet nice hotel at around 730pm. We're 1.5 hour late for dinner and the restaurant was about to close, but they waited for us and served us a 2-hour up class dinner! Food was well... More
