This hotel, located in a most serene spot away from the crowds of Hirafu, is of a good high standard but when one digs a little deeper some improvements could go a long way to improve the experience especially for western guests. The front desk staff generally lacked basic english making it frustrating to ask or suggest for anything. The... More

We really like the hotel and have been back for 3 years in a row. It is beautiful and really comfortable. But somehow the experience this time is not a wonderful. Perhaps it is due to a smaller room given to us this time round. Or perhaps we were no longer wowed by the breakfast and dinner, as we have... More

This place is seriously amazing. Both my husband and I have stayed in many nice places around the world, and this might be one of our favorite hotels, period. The hotel is gorgeous - modern Japanese with a stunning hang out and bar area where many guests chose to read or relax in the evenings, beautifully appointed rooms, friendly and... More

This place was tranquil beyond belief. At first we were surprised to learn a few of their recommendations- no shoes inside the building, wear the provided kimono to dinner, private dining areas - but was a difference this made for a truly Japanese, lovely experience. The room was lovely and we had a private onsen on our balcony. We are... More

For the cost of staying here everything had to be perfect with expectations above all other hotels. We stayed three nights on the second floor in a western Japanese room. It's basically a suite and they turn the living room area to a sleeping area with a couple of futons for the kids to sleep in. Overall we were fine... More

Arrive very late in Niseko, but immediately feel the engangement with Japanese traditional accomodation. luxurious fire place complete with snacks and marsh mallow to pamper you...tatami style room and comes with your traditional kimono that you wear in the resort. Amazed with the food details and presentation very typical Japanese perfection. Overall had a experience for short stay and will... More

The hotel is new in Niseko. The deco and the ambiance is so quiet and peaceful. The marshmallow stove is a fun idea and quite romantic to do at night time after dinner. The indoor onsen is spacious and comfortable and the view is excellent. I love this place so much.

We stayed here for the onsen and dinner package. The onsen was very comfortable and relaxing. Then followed by a course menu dinner prepared by the chef. The dinner featured a variety of Japanese delicacies and local foods. It is worth a visit.
