You immediately enter in a great Japanese experience thanks to a fascinating decoration, exclusive Japanese food for breakfast and dining, and some particular house traditions like walking around and dining in you own kimono. The spot may not be the best in terms of skiing, as you always need to take the shuttle, and the typical food might get a... More

The second you enter the hotel, you will feel an immense sense of serenity, it's as if you have entered into a sacred sanctuary... You will need to take off your shoes, the place is kept impeccably clean, and the design is simple but yet so subtly elegant... I have been to many hotels around the world but this has... More

What a gorgeous place to stay! The service here was wonderful along with the decor, the facilities and the food. Stylish with a Japanese 'ryokan' theme throughout. Modern Japanese style is how I'd put it. The rate comes with breakfast and dinner. Be sure to book the Teppanyaki dinner at least once and if your not up for the full... More

We stayed here for 5 nights at the start of December planning to ski. It snowed all week but unfortunately too late for us with the resorts not opening until we left. Thankfully we had chosen Moko no sho to stay at as it was a glorious experience from start to finish and the lack of skiing allowed us to... More

We are planning our honeymoon to Niseko and ive tried to book and converse over email regarding our booking but it appears they do not want our custom! Why would I go and stay somewhere that cant even organise a weeks stay with them?! They are poor at emailing back and when they do they keep changing what rooms are... More

We absolutely love this hotel. Stayed here for a night after arriving Hokkaido by plane. Drove 2.5 hour in heavy snow to arrive at this quiet nice hotel at around 730pm. We're 1.5 hour late for dinner and the restaurant was about to close, but they waited for us and served us a 2-hour up class dinner! Food was well... More

We were very impressed from the first second we entered this hotel. We have to say it is beyond our expectations. The service was excellent and the place was just better and bigger than in these pictures on website. The food is so good and so fresh! Private driver to drive you to restaurants and transport terminals. They will go... More

I loved this hotel!!! ....or ryokan to give it its proper name. I loved the fact I had to take my shoes off as soon as I entered and they stored them safely for me I loved the politeness of the reserved and smiling staff and their ability to make me at ease with my lack of Japanese language skills...
