We stayed here for 2 nights and had an extremely comfortable stay. Delux rooms are quite spacious, clean and well equipped to keep you warm. The staff is very courteous. The owners of the resort paid individual attention to each guest. If you are planning to hike the Tigers Nest, then this is the best place to stay since they... More

Lovely spot. Very good food. Wonderful service. Hotel staff were accommodating of every request and friendly from start to finish. Food service staff were attentive and friendly. The rooms are very large, with sitting area. Bright and clean. Lots of hot water. The courtyard is comfortable for gathering or just reading a book in the sun. The Spa was great!... More

We spent 2 nights here at the end of a week touring Bhutan in order to hike up to the Tigers Nest. The rooms were probablt the best equiped and most comfortable ones we stayed in during our time in the country. Hot water, Wifi, TV everything worked wonderfully ! Big super comfortable bed as well. The hotel is some... More

Grubby & grungy with old, worn furniture & fixtures - the highlights of the rooms I was shown were new bright blue plastic buckets in the bathrooms (still don't know why - owner said some tour groups insist on them so if that's you enjoy) he also told me nothing had changed since they opened (my guide suggested maybe15 years... This place is a solid 3* hotel with good service. The room was a little worn, but everything was functional and comfortable. Food is the usual Bhutanese hotel buffet, but tasty with good variety. Staff super nice. I had a massage after the hike to Tigers Nest and it was outstanding. Hotel very popular and almost completely full. It was... More

The most exisitising thing is that I chose Bhutan ,the land of happiness to celebrate my Ist anniversary. I was a little anxious whetherI would figure out a good accommodation over there or not .During my browsing on enternet along with a good number of resorts I encountered metta resort and Spa.I was being mesmerized by their wonderful convergence perhaps... We stayed at Metta for 2 nights. It was our anniversary trip to Bhutan. The location was good, excellent view of the snowy mountains from our cottage. Food was good. Staffs were very friendly. The only problem we faced was with the water heater. As the water freezes inside the pipes during night, sometimes it takes upto 20 minutes to... More

We stayed here for three nights in August 2013. It was raining when we got to the hotel. The ladies at the reception hurriedly took our luggage and delivered them to our room in order to avoid our luggage being wet. We were served coffee and snacks at the reception and spent about 30 minutes there. When we got to... More
