This hotel has a lovely layout, rooms spread over a large space on the banks of the gorgeous, clean river, conveniently located next to the airport. Sadly the finishes in the rooms the worst I have ever seen. Walls badly water damaged, cheap wooden floor boards not laid correctly (gaps), bathroom, tiles not matching, the shampoo bottles appears very old... More

I stayed at this hotel as the last stop on a weeklong tour of Bhutan, and it was easily the best of the 5 hotels on my trip. The hotel is quite big, composed of about 10 bungalows containing large and comfortable rooms. The guest rooms are well equipped, and even include heated blankets, and a small living room area.... We stayed in this hotel from 18th and 19th Dec 2014. The best hotel in our entire trip... In Bhutan, they provide separate single beds in the previous hotels... so we were glad to finally have a single large bed to doze off lavishly. ... The room was small but it was having centralized heater... even under the bed. So... More

I stayed in this place once before in 2009 and I see huge change in service and no improvements on where it needed. It is a great location indeed but the heater seemed not to work (not enough for its space) and thats what we had experienced even before. The restaurant food is below average when you compare with outside... More

The Bhutan is a very special experience. Before landing in Paro you have to learn about that marvellous country and the culture, just don't be a tourist like all other . If you say KUZU-ZANGPOLA welcome or KADINCHELA thank you that will be the first step into Bhutanese culture. Staff at the Tashi Namgay are very polite, helpful and the... More

I spent a most wonderful time in this heavenly resort, close to Paro airport, which soon felt like home. The place is beautiful, with buildings in old Bhutanese style, decorated with traditional woodwork and painting. There is a little lake with a sandy beach, a sundeck, a beach restaurant and a library-in-the-making. The people, staff and workers alike, are professional,... More

This is one the most beautiful place I have been to and I have been to many places, it is an excellent place to visit for the people who love nature, the location of the this resort is just out of the world, the stream or the river Paro flowing beside the resort and it's noise or sound of the... The resort is just magical, the foods are excellent than any of the hotels we stayed in Bhutan. The rooms have internal heating facility that keeps the room warm in cold winters. The wifi is free and fast. The service is excellent comparing to any hotels we stayed in Bhutan. The manager is one additional asset to the resort. They... More
