Would have given a better review but we had a problem with the bed cloths for the sofa bed. The pillow cases were stained and the mattress pad was in pieces and appeared to be for a smaller hideabed. The location was good and front desk was very helpful and efficient.

Good points: The location on Hamilton means easy access to the 17, the San Tomas Expressway and Santana Row. There's a Safeway with a Starbuck inside 2 minutes drive to the west and a Trader Joes and a Whole Foods 5 minutes east along Hamilton (just past the 17). The kitchen and fridge is up to scratch - although you... More

Stayed here for business. Room was spacious with small kitchen and dining table. Cooktop, refer, microwave, etc. Cheap countertops. TV in lr And br. Room seemed very dark to me. Decor and furniture seemed somewhat cheap but acceptable. Very limited breakfast with bread, cereal and hard boiled eggs. Coffee was ok but only warm each day. No problems noted with... More

This Christmas holiday stay fell short of perfection. Management let guests know by memo that the hotel would be short staffed. Clearly the least experienced staff remained on duty, as little amenities such as coffee packets and wash cloths were not restocked reliably. All staff is friendly and smiling, from the front desk to the maids. The facility is attractive... More

We rented a suite for 6 days. The place was very clean and the kitchenette was well equipped with pots, pans, fridge, micro.,hand towels and dish soap and dishwasher. The continental breakfast was typical, but food was fresh. Cookies were served in lobby after 5 pm. Only complaint there is there were only a few choc. chip. If you weren't there first only peanut... I always love staying here. They have beautiful, clean, quiet rooms and all the amenities you could want. I especially love the chance to do my laundry at no additional cost. Such a relief when you travel, making living out of a suitcase more hassle free. Also free wifi, comfortable desk, great kitchen, bathroom, TV, DVD...just like a small studio... More

I was very happy with my stay here. It's a very nice hotel in a convenient spot. The room had a full kitchenette with fridge, stove, dishwasher, sink, and dishes and utensils. The bathroom was good sized with enough counter room. There's a desk by the bed for business folk and an extra lounging chair facing the tv. The bed... More

I needed a basic hotel room close to Cambrian Park. Larkspur Landing's location was perfect, as it's next to San Tomas expressway. Service was friendly, rooms were spacious, kitchenette was convenient for dining in, bed was comfy, and the TV and climate control worked fine. Continental breakfast was pretty decent, with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, pastries, etc. Parking was fine... More

I haven't stayed here myself however I have had a consultant over the past four months for one to two weeks per month. He prefers this hotel to any of the other hotels I have been able to book for under $200 per night in the south bay.

The Larkspur Landing was an average property that appeared to require attention to details. Most of the hallways had scrapes along the walls and minor damage that required repairs. As an example, the soap dish in my room was chipped and there were scrapes on the mirror frame. The nights were quiet and the bed was comfortable. Also, the breakfast... More
