Relax with sunset views, massage, mud & warm water pools or zip line over a forest canopy. I rode horses along a winding trail to the warm water pools on the property. Loved the pools. Not super hot but hot enough and enough variety to suit water lovers and day trippers alike. Bar, showers and changing room with towels available... More

The cabins were very rustic and thin walled. You could hear the people in the next room. The wind was terrible and howling all night making it very hard to sleep. The activities were lots of fun though. We enjoyed the canopy Zip line. The horseback ride to the spa was a new experience and the hot springs were fun.

We spent two nights here and managed to fit in an amazing amount of activities. We did the canopy tour (gorgeous views) over the top of the rain forest. Next we rode horseback out to the hot lava springs where we had a true mud bath, hot springs experience. We did nature walks and saw some incredible flora and fauna.... More

We didn't stay at this lodge. We stayed at the Riu Guanacaste. A bus collected us there at 7:15a, took us 1.5 hours to the zipline location. Then water slide. Lunch at the restaurant was wonderful! We then enjoyed a horsback ride to the hot spring pool/spa. Returned back to our hotel at 6:30p, as the sun was setting. Tony,... More

My husband and I stayed one night at the hotel and we really really enjoyed it. We did the canopy tour which offered outstanding views of the Rincon de la Vieja volcano as well as of the west coast of Costa Rica and the ocean. It was breathtaking while sipping from trees to trees. They have an awesome Tarzan swing... More

The two days that we stayed here were so windy that it made it difficult to enjoy the property. The cabin shook and the wind howled right through the walls. I was told that the wind is common. The room was pleasant and mattress was thin. The hikes from the lodge were wonderful and we saw more wildlife here that... More

We were totally surprised by this place. We had an amazing 5 day stay is the jungle lodge. Rooms were clean and spacious. Every staff member we dealt with was extremely professional, helpful and quite fun. The buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent. Plenty of tours offered but there is also walks that you can do yourself for free which... More

nice hotel, lovely rooms integrated in the green environment. Lot's of activities unfortunately to pay for (and rather expensive) but seems to get common in Costa Rica. No arco on the room but the temperature at night is OK and the VAN creates refreshment. The rooms are basic but more than OK. The view on the mountains is great.
