Our group of nine (4 adults, 4 teens and 1 child) finished off hiking in Rincon de la Vieja. We were disapointed as we did not have the change to experience the hot springs. The girls needed to go to the washroom (obviously) so we made a pit stop at Simbiosis. After the pit stop, the girls came back and... More

had a great time at this small piece of paradise, I love quiet places like this, the staff respectful and worked with a smile. Im already thinking about returning. I would recomend to go by yourself or on a small group its not a place for big crowds, a great small place to relax and enjoy nature.

I had a the house special massage, which is a combo of deep tissue and swedish (soft) massage. It took place in a very modest room in amid the mud baths and soaking area, and it was very nice. It was a pretty place, but in reality the mud was super cold and the hot springs weren't hot. We did have fun "painting" each other with mud, but didn't feel that it actually did anything to our skin. The sauna was nice to start with but it just made the mud super cold. My expectations were much higher, so... More

Going towards the Rincon de la Vieja National Park I saw a sing where it said "thermal waters", I could helped myself and went there with my family. It is a place on the middle of the forest, with 4 nice hot pools and one hanging bridge. There is a representative of Hacienda Guachipelin with a pot with hot volcanic... More

My husband and I stopped at Simbiosis after doing the two-hour hike through Rincon de la Vieja. Its located just down the road. This place is pretty good. For $10, they give you a towel, a locker, and you get to sit in the sauna, mud bath, and jacuzzi. It's very relaxing after a couple hours of hiking. The mud... More
