I have mixed feelings about this place, the wooden cabins are clean and the bed comfortable, but very dark with a permanent and strong smell. There were no safe nor TV, which isn't a big issue, but there were tea/coffee facilities, A/C and a (basic) wardrobe. The domain is vast, however, the cabins are next to each other so you... More

Stayed here for one night as part of tour . Arrived in time for a dip in the pool.............2 sun beds for a 50 room hotel ??? No towels either. So forget that!! Rooms a dark wooden chalet. Ours was not too far from the restaurant but a torch was useful. Dinner was a set time and was a buffet... More

A breakfast you can hardly call one. The toast and fruit were frome the day before. The scrambled eggs were still fluid. Turned out we were bitten by bed bugs too.... And a lot! Anyway, this is what you call: a place to avoid!

We stayed here one night on a tour arranged by a supposedly top range agency. Our bungalow was stuck out in the middle of a desert 300 yards from the dining facilities, the distance having to be traversed at night with the aid of a powerful torch. The furnishings were extremely basic: two beds, one side table, a desk and... More

Our cabin was fine, AC, nice bed and a outdated but clean bathroom. The pool was not clean at all (we saw the oily film on the water), which made us worry for the 19 month child we had with us. The food was basic, but not more than that. Our Silvesters day diner was not good, the meat was... More

This is an outstanding location to launch your adventure in the Ricon de le Vieja area. On site they have white water rafting, tubing, rappelling, rock climbing, zip lining and horse back riding. The volcano is a short 30-minute drive away and the front desk will arrange a top guide to hike with you. The restaurant is slightly disorganized, with... More

Very poor hotel. The smell in the room is awful. The reception told it's wood! And they are right it's wood! The problem is poor care! And I've the prove right on the swimming pool area! See the pictures! It's much better than explanation!!!!

We stayed 1 night here as part of a touring group. This is not my type of accommodation at all - its the type of place you would stay in with kids on an adventure holiday -and my days of that are long gone!. The rooms are basically wooden cabins( AKA "sheds!" )and are dark and dingy with a lack... More

The hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are confortable and spacious but there's no tv and refrigerator which will convert the room in a more confortable place. Rooms do require some more commodities like a full set of towels.

I recommend this hotel based on its LOCATION, as it is right by this canyon made by river, very beautiful, the rooms are basic but OK; the beds are comfortable, and there are a lot of activities to be done right there. The staff treated us quite poorly and it seems to be generalized, but I didn´t go there for... More
