So did we! For my special birthday celebration, my husband and I chose CPL. The location was lovely - and delightfully cool. So much so that, even in June, we were able to utilze the nice fireplaces in the cabin. Our 2-night package included complimentary dinner both nights, which was pretty good. If I had to actually pay for my... More

Cambria Pines Lodge is a rustic but very comfortable accommodation nestled among aromatic pines where if you are as lucky as we were you will see young bucks up close and personal. We had a suite which was very roomy and homey. Everything was clean and well kept up. Dinner at the lodge among the prolific floral garden was quite... More

Visited this property using a Travelzoo cupon- 1 king with fireplace $199.00. Our cupon expired and had to shell out addtional $80.00 for the two nite. We were told it is there in Season (June). We stayed room 427 Moonstone block. Opening the door we scorched iron markes on the carpet as well as burn marks from the prestone logs... More

This is an amazing place! I have never stayed at a place like this before. It had a cabin-like feel, very rustic and nice. Our room was part of a 4-plex, and was upstairs. We had a nice balcony overlooking the woods & a bit of downtown. They gave us a free upgraded suite, which was really terrific. Nice living... More

If you like walking around some expanding property then this is ideal for you. This was my first time staying in Cambria and was pleasantly surprised with the lodge and accommodations. While it has been open for many years the place is being well maintained and the surrounding area is beautiful. Loved stepping out from the room and feeling like... More

You know when you read reviews and someone says 'I never write reviews but felt compelled to write this' Well this review falls into that category. I visited Cambria Pines in early June with my parents. We have been touring and this was one of the stops we made. I was surprised just how dissonant my experience was compared to... More

Thank you for the feedback. Some of our rooms are older than others; we are in the process of updating those rooms. As Cambria is in the middle of an extreme drought, our showers have features which make water flow less robust than in other geographical locations. Our maintenance staff would have been happy to replace light bulbs and assist... More

My Wife and I come to Cambria once a Yr, we typically stay on moonstone beach, this time we opted to stay here and we are glad we did, closer to town and restaurants, the breakfast buffet included with the room was a pretty darn good buffet with a huge assortment of items to chose from, our room was quite... We love coming to Cambria Pines---its beauty and charm offer a peaceful garden setting in which to relax. When we choose, there's plenty to do close by. Our suite was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed having two fireplaces, two TVs, a little kitchen area and a balcony. Our dinners are always fabulous (love that... More

We booked this lodge as part of a special that was running which included dinners in the lodge restaurant and some free tastings at local wineries. It was such a great value, we weren't expecting it to be an outstanding accommodation, but it was, and then some! The lodge sits in a lovely forested area up the hill from town... More

Lovely location and good clean rooms. Real problem was the noise level, there was a wedding on but it seemed incredibly loud till gone midnight. Plus the noise that then followed from the rooms around us and above....walls far to thin!! All staff seemed to us a bit young and inexperienced. Shame.
