My husband and I stayed at Moonstone Landing for a week in July as part of our North American holiday. We chose to stay at Cambria as my husband is a surfer and this location and accommodation place was recommended to him by a local friend. The location was excellent, on the beachfront with excellent ocean views. A bonus for... More

Recommend a room with a sea view, as we saw the most beautiful sunset from our balcony. Very comfy beds and netflix available on the TV. Complimentary afternoon snacks and breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Perfect for a one night stop-over whilst traveling the West Coast of America.

Would recommend a room with a sea view - we were on the first floor and the room had a balcony with amazing view of the sea and coastline. Beds v comfy. Couldn't find a good restaurant but Cambria seemed a nice town.

Room had a bad view-deceptive advertising. Walls were thin-too noisy to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was underwhelming. Probably the worst I have ever experienced in a b and b. Staff was rude. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The room was nicely decorated and felt cozy. The bed was comfortable. The window could open, so it was nice to get that sea breeze, especially since there was no ac or fan. Unfortunately, a random cricket was in our room and in the middle of the night started chirping for 2 hours...we could never find it. The staff were... More

We recently stayed there and thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Service was excellent. Free Breakfast and snacks in afternoon was very helpful. Beautiful location and ideal rooms. We travelled with children and they enjoyed the hot tub as well.

Cambria was a pit stop for us on the way from SF to Santa Monica on the PCH. Probably not a good choice. The best part is the boardwalk for a good bracing walk near the beach. The inn is basic, the rooms are the best part, but the breakfast is basic (and the maître d openly declared to one... More

This hotel is great for the area but its very different. First, the doors open to the outside with a metal key. There is no AC in any room and the heat is a fake fireplace. Only one window opens if you want air from the sea and breakfast is poor. Coffee, frozen bagels and oatmeal is your "free" breakfast.... More

We've stayed at this hotel twice now and we are sure to go back. The ocean front rooms are a splurge, but the views can't be beat. Plus, the rooms have big jetted garden tubs and walk-in showers! We brought cheese and wines so each night we could have a cheese plate on the patio while watching folks walk and... More

There were 6 of us and we had 3 seafront facing rooms at the end of a drive from San Francisco down the coast road. The rooms were all of a good size with well equipped bathrooms and the views were spectacular - watching the sun setting over the sea. The only surprising thing was that the corridors to the... More
