Stay away from this place if you don't want your stay spoiled by the owner-manager. we were told that check out time was not 11:01am but 11;00 and he wanted anyone checking out to be out of the room and off the property by 11. A very unpleasant person .

I was pleased to see Paul Bedford's disparaging review and even more delighted to know that he will never come back again. He is correct, I told him that he and the group he was with had to check out at 11:00 and not 11:01. He is a member of the Fresno clowns, a division of the Fresno Shrine. They... More

If you are sensitive to noise or if you happen to have ears on both sides of your head, you should avoid the first floor. The staff made a phone call or two to the room above us but it's clear that quiet rooms are beyond the reach of this fine institution. Best part of the room was the balcony... More

We stayed here for one night whilst on a trip up the coast to San Francisco. The hotel looked great as we pulled in. The lady on the desk was very nice and seemed to have a lot of time for us and made us feel very welcome. The room was a little bit dated but was clean and it... More

Excellent location, within walking distance of restaurants and town of Cambria. Clean, comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful, and gave us wonderful recommendations for dinner that night and breakfast the next morning. Cute, picturesque location. VERY good value financially. Our daughter loved the eco-friendly dispensers in the shower! No a/c and our window wouldn't open, so it was a bit... More

This "Inn" was barely above the level of a Motel 6. Not super friendly at the front desk and not cheap. I was on a motorcycle ride south with a buddy & they gave us a room with a king size bed. One of us had to sleep on the floor. No cot, no foam, no care.

Ignore what you see on their website. Hotel was old, and felt old, bordering on the decrepit. We stayed for one night since it was cheap and had decent (overblown) ratings. Felt unsafe: had to jam a book in the sliding window track in the bathroom to keep it from opening since there was no lock. Our traveling companions (another... More

We stayed in Cambria for one night as part of a roadtrip down the coast. We got there a bit late, but that was no issue at all as everything had been sorted for us to make things as easy as possible. The room was very clean, with a sweet little balcony, and the place was very well looked after.... More

We stayed in Cambria for a weekend getaway. Tired the Creekside Inn for the first time. The rooms were clean, it was serene and quite. Walking distance to town. My only complaint were the beds were rock hard. Wish the beds were more comfortable.

We have been to Cambria before and enjoy staying within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The Inns and motels on Moonstone Beach have the ocean right across the street and are priced accordingly, however only a very few room actually have views of the ocean and to get to town you have to drive. The Creekside Inn is a... More

We passed through Cambria on a trip from San Diego to San Francisco. We arrived at dead on 9pm which was good as the office closes at 9pm. The Motel was clean and quiet. We took a walk into town which was nice. Overall stay was good. A coffee machine would have been a nice touch for in the morning,... More
