It's so difficult in the Napa Valley to find a pet friendly place -- this is just perfect for pet lovers AND bird lovers, as a large aviary is at the entrance to Scarlett's with at least a hundred multi-colored birds. The pool is a wonderful added attraction as is the large hot tub. A sumptuous breakfast in the large... more

I wish I could give Scarlett's four or five stars, because in many ways it deserves it. Scarlett is a wonderful inn keeper and tried to make us feel at home. Her dogs are adorable and were one of the highlights, as was the hot tub out back. We loved the location out in the country, and the proximity to... more

Scarlett is wonderful, the rooms are comfortable and the place is quaint. I visited this B&B with four other girls for a Bachelorette weekend and we stayed in Camelia & Gamay. After a afternoon of wine tasting we hung out by the pool nestled behind the house. It was beautiful. Scarlett brought us some snacks and waters. Upon checkout Scarlett... more

The location is convenient and the owner is very nice. There room was very clean but don't expect luxury accomodations. We love dogs so we were not bothered by the dogs on the property and contrary to prior reviews, the Arrowhead room did not smell of "wet dogs." Very comfortable bed and property was close to everything. Right for the... more

Very Friendly staff. Loved the manager. Stayed in the Gamay Suite. It was a bit rustic. Didn't really care for the dogs in the house while eating breakfast. more

My husband and I took our 1 1/2 year old daughter to stay at Scarlett's Country Inn and we are regretting that we only spent one night here. We stayed on a Sunday, so only 2 out of the 3 rooms were booked. After reviewing the room information on the website, we decided to stay in the Camellia Suite. It... more

We were very disappointed by this B&B, especially after reading the other reviews. Our main complaints were 1) There are many (4-5?) dogs on the properties. We happen to not be very fond of dogs, and we believe that they should have warned us when we called. The dogs were not dangerous. 2) Because of the dogs, the room we... more

Last minute plans were made to visit the Wine Country late in November. The plan was to stay over Saturday nite. The search for a B&B was started two days prior. Even this late in the season, finding a B&B with vacancy can be a challenge. Charlotte's Country Inn was found after 30 minutes or so of searching. Online vacancy/reservation... more

As you know, you may have hard time finding a B&B in Napa if you have small kids traveling with you. Scarlett's Country Inn is the place you should stay! Me, my husband and our 2 kids (age 8 and 3), came back here again this summer. You and your kids will enjoy staying in cozy rooms, running around the... more

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of happening on this gem of a bed and breakfast located off the Silverado Trail in Calistoga. Not only was our room (the arrowhead suite) clean, comfortable, and appealing to the eye, but the grounds are kept in very good condition with all the perks of your typical bed and breakfast in the... more
