Cottage grounds are so beautiful. The cottage was so peaceful and spacious. The personnel were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast, sitting outside enjoying the quiet sounds of water features and birds. The wine and cheese evening was well prepared and a relaxing addition. Located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We will definitely will recommend to friends... More

The Cottage Grove Inn is the perfect place to stay in wine country. Here are ALL the reasons I love this spot: 1) Friendly Staff- the people that work here and manage the property could literally not be nicer. 2) Amazing Rooms- Each Cottage is equipped with working fire place, a cute living area, and a HUGE bathroom with a... This is a perfect experience. Our cottage was decorated with lovely Laura Ashley and just the perfect size for a couple. We traveled with another couple who had the cottage next to ours. The breakfast was great as was the wine/cheese in the evening. We liked our cottages SO much that we cancelled a dinner reservation at a well known... More

The Cottage Grove Inn in Calistoga is a terrific getaway spot. Our cottage was beautifully appointed and maintained with a nice porch and landscaping--including a small fountain and birdhouse. The breakfast and evening wine/cheese service were beautifully presented and delicious. The breakfast/wine room and the adjoining patio were great public spaces. The location couldn't be more perfect--close to everything, but... More

Cottage Grove Inn has some wonderful free amenities including a full breakfast (smoothies, Belgian waffles, quiche, fresh fruit, pastries, coffees, etc.) and a daily wine and cheese reception from 5-7. The evening spreads are really fantastic -- and you can enjoy them outside on their garden patio, inside at small tables with other guests, or back in your room/on your... More

We fell in love with the Cottage Grove Inn. The cottage was beautiful, very cozy. We really felt pampered. From the wine and cheese happy hour and breakfast, to the scenery and proximity to everything, this place was a wonderful find. We used a Groupon and it was worth every penny.

We've stayed in a few B&B's over the years, but this was the PERFECT one in my opinion. The indiviual cottages were like "home" away from home. Cozy bed, large soft chairs for reading or sitting in front of a fire, porches with rockers to enjoy the beautiful garden & evenings. Yummy breakfasts & wine tasting at dusk........who could ask... You really feel like you are alone amongst the other cottages. Every staff member we encountered were all friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The wineries and restaurants that were suggested were spot on. Complimentary wine, water in the room makes you feel welcome immediately. The sunken tub and fireplace really set the mood in this great place for a romantic getaway.

We randomly came across Cottage Grove Inn through a travelzoo deal and lucky us! The rooms were so lovely and it felt so private being in separate cottages. Each cottage had a fireplace, jetted tub, and a complimentary bottle of wine! The next morning, we used their free bikes and had such a fun day biking to nearby vineyards, we... More

This setting is quaint and comfortable...cool under the canopy of trees on a summer day. The management is extremely helpful and pleasant, and the cottages are well appointed. The single drawback, which has been consistent the three times we have stayed at Cottage Grove, is that the adjacent neighborhood is noisy and somewhat ruins the sense of peacefulness the hotelier...
