I wish there was a category other than average to very good. We Liked the downstairs and the breakfast very much. The owner was helpful and maintained her distance which was fine. Last year, she charged a reasonable price for our room on the third floor which was small but had an ample sized bed. We booked on the late... More

Dear Myra bette, Thanks for your message, I know it's been a year or longer since your visit and sometimes details are a little foggy. At Fanny's we only have rooms on the second floor...we don't have a third floor and no guest rooms on the first floor ? I'm sorry we weren't aware there was a request. Our rooms... More

I stayed here with friends last weekend. We loved it! The charm oozes inside and out. You can feel the serenity and calm walking through the door. The home is lovely, filled with antiques and collections. The rooms are all upstairs and adorable. The bed linens were really nice,,great sheets..comfy comforter. Our breakfast was amazing French Toast with fresh fruit,... More

My husband and I stayed at Fanny's Friday through Sunday--What a treat!!! The room was immaculate, furnishings were antique reminiscent of grandma's house. This house has such a calm about it, happy times where had there you can just feel the aura. The proprietor prepares a delicious breakfast every morning using fresh ingredients. Not to be missed!! If you want... More

We stayed at Fanny's B&B In Calistoga while driving down from Oregon to Arizona. Wow, everything previous reviews ahve said. Cozy, comfy well located and the breakfast was the best. Fresh baked apple gallette, cinnamon bread, and an out of this world fritatta. Good hot coffee. Couldn't ask for more. The night we got in town there was the annula tractor... More

What an absolutely adorable place to stay. From the minute we pulled up we fell in love with it. Beautiful early 1900's home painted red ...my favorite color. White picket fence ,manicured yard with large old trees. As you walk up your greeted by the large front porch complete with rocking chairs to unwind in and a note on the front... More

My wife and I recently returned for a four night stay at Fanny's while in Napa for a family wedding. I have stayed in a few bed and breakfast accommodations over the years and I must stay that this was my least favorite. The three available bedrooms appear to have been created by taking the upstairs attic and breaking it... More

Recently stayed at Fanny's for 2 nights on our way to San Francisco. There was another couple with us. When we arrived we were told to choose our rooms upstairs. Small but so quaint and quiet. No TV or radio in the rooms but upstairs in the large hallway is a couch and chairs and books to read and a... More

This was our first experience with a B&B. It was very pleasant and more than I had expected. Deanna gave us a wonderful experience as first-timers. We chose a room at the side of the house. (The rooms are small, but nicely done and VERY quiet.) Breakfast is served at 8:30 a. and finished by 9:30a. She did 'gourmet' type... More

We wanted a one night get away in the Calistoga area and Fanny's came up with a stay for our overnight on a Monday. We arrived there from San Francisco at around 2 and had a date for the hot mud at 3. We walked up to the porch, knocked and walked in. We heard dogs and a vacuum cleaner.... More

Arrived to a lovely craftsman home where our room was waiting for us, just as described. Deanna was a wonderful hostess, with a most welcoming home. In our down time at the B&B, there is a hammock outside, rockers on the front porch, plenty of reading material in the living room, and even a variety of board games that my... More
