My wife and I went on a vacation in which we chose CasaLana, due to the intimate setting of the B&B. Cant say enough good things about how relaxing our stay was. Felt like a home away from our home. Walking distance to downtown Calistoga were my wife and I rented bikes for the wine bike tour. Be sure to... More

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Lana last week. We chose it because of the location which was quiet and removed from the main drag of restaurants and stores, but still within walking distance of downtown Calistoga. Both rooms have private entrances from outside. We had everything we needed in the room and appreciated the little extras (particularly the... More

We stayed there for the July 4th weekend. The property is nice, the breakfast wonderful, and the owner is wonderful to deal with. However the room was close to $300 per night (with taxes) and we felt it was overpriced. Specifically, the room was small and there was no maid service. For that price i do expect the room to... Thank you for taking time to share your opinion. Feedback helps me make adjustments as needed to give the best experience for guests. I am sorry that you felt the accommodations were not the value expected. CasaLana prices ($259/nt before tax) are competitive with other lodging in the area of similar size and quality. I'm glad to know that you... More

Clean, friendly, comfortable room, comfy bed AND an amazing breakfast. That's what is important to me and I will definitely recommend anyone I know to stay there and visit. I didn't know the area and I hit gold staying here. The location was perfect. It is close enough to downtown you can walk. We drove the first night because we... More

We spent two amazing nights at Casa Lana and loved it. The room was very private and large and loved the location. We were able to sit on the patio in the sunshine drinking our coffee in the morning before heading out to enjoy the area and then come home to a beautiful relaxing setting at the end of the... More

My wife and I had a wonderful wine country get-away at Casa Luna. It was only one night, but we will definitely be returning for a longer stay. The property is rustic but gorgeously landscaped, with a fragrant and picturesque wooded area and brook adjoining the back deck. We enjoyed a gourmet brunch on the deck Sunday morning. Our room... After extensive research we booked two nights at Casa Lana B & B in Calistoga and were very pleased that we did. A very pleasant two unit B & B just a few blocks from downtown. A quiet location next to a stream (they call it a river). Lana, our hostess and a cooking class instructor, served us our breakfasts.... More

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the close proximity to town. Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and enjoyed in a beautiful setting on the patio. We also participated in one of the weekend cooking retreats offered by the chef/owner of CasaLana. We prepared garden fresh dishes that were served with wonderful wines. The overall experience... Just spent four wonderful days at Casa Lana B&B for a gourmet retreat vacation. Booked through Epitourean Cooking Vacatiions, my wife and I were extremely pleased with both the room(very large with a great bathroom, and large closets, something you do not find in many B&B's), and the cooking classes led by chef Lana. We were the only couple at... More

I can't offer a stronger recommendation than to say that I stayed at Casa Lana a 2nd time, and will again, next time I head up to wine country. The rooms are private, clean, and quiet. Breakfast is outdoors in a serene garden setting--great coffee, too!
