I had a French friend coming to for a visit, so naturally we wanted to take her to Napa during her trip. After searching many B&B in the area, I decided to book Trailside Inn since it was reasonably priced, didn't require 2 night minimum stay during the weekend, and good location. We were planning to pick up my friend... More

Trailside Inn is a beautiful little place hidden amidst the wineries of Calistoga. It offers cozy cottages amongst quaint surroundings. The place is quirky and yet very homely. There were three of us and so, we had booked the Firebelle Lily Suite. The cottage was equipped with all modern amenities and was very comfortable. Lani, the owner had fully stocked... More

My family and I were in two of Lani's homey comfortable suites. They are nicely outfitted and decorated. The porches make you feel like you are Grandma's. We, as a family, used the kitchen in the Dutch Henry Suite which was well supplied. We swam in the pool and used the hot tub. A great stay with a kind lady.... More

My husband and I recently stayed at the Trailside Inn for one night after a company party at the nearby Castello di Amorosa. It was the perfect location for us— near to the Castle and near to the town of Calistoga where we planned to do some cycling the next day. Lani was the perfect hostess with her own style... More

My sister and I stayed at this nice small bed & breakfast during harvest season in Napa. It's a really convenient location when if you want to see both Napa and Sonoma. Calistoga is nearby and has restaurants, grocery store and gas station. It's right on the Silverado Trail and easy to many great wineries! We stayed in the Dutch... More

I searched long and hard for a last minute 1 night's stay in Napa and as most all places in the area are 2 night minimum it was a struggle. I stumbled across the Trailside Inn and it was in the perfect location for our needs for the night. We are pretty local but had an event that evening so... More

Hidden away on the Silverado Trail near Calistoga, the Trailside Inn is a diamond in the rough. This was the second time that my wife and I have stayed with Lani and were pleasantly surprised to find she had a room available for late August. The reservation was followed in the mail by a nice brochure describing the Inn and... More

We found the Trailside Inn to be a delightful place to stay for a long weekend to celebrate the wedding of some friends. They were getting married at a nearby resort that cost an arm and a leg, and so I found the Inn originally as an economical choice. Compared to the nearby options, it was less expensive. However, it... More

We spent three perfect day's at Trailside Inn. The room was spacious and comfortable. From the lovely outdoor seating to a comfy chair and a good reading light, Lani has worked hard to ensure her guests have what they need. There is a lovely pool, a private and cozy hot tub, lots of spots to sit and enjoy the view... More

The Trailside Inn is a delightful B&B located right on the Silverado Trail on the north end of the Napa Valley amongst many of the area's best wineries. It is also a prime location for anyone wanting to do the combined wine tasting and bike-riding circuit. The Inn itself has three very spacious units that each are essentially free-standing parts...
