My wife and I have always preferred Calistoga as our favorite Napa Valley getaway. In addition to the many hot springs facilities, Calistoga is not wholly given over to the wine tourism business. For some, this might be a negative, but for us it is a huge plus. This is the first time we have stayed overnight at Indian Springs,... More

We stayed in the lodge, very quiet room with a private patio, and peaceful Zen fountain. The Bed was extremely comfortable. The olympic sized pool was to Die for. yes ,I could hear the rumble of the trucks out front making a new road, and possibly the resort was less crowded because of the reported construction; but all things considered,My Wife... I spoke with them today, September 5, and they hope the construction projects will be completed by the end of October. No discounts on rooms in the meantime. This was a great property and I hope when they finish all of the construction work it will still be noise.

Indian Springs has a lot going for it that various reviewers have pointed out. However, I must have missed the warning that they set their clocks back 15 minutes to accomodate people who might be late because of the wine tours. Really? Or is this just a Right Coast/Left Coast problem? I hosted a party of 6, we booked our... More

Used to be good value, but now to use their pool on a weekend, you need to book a $75+ spa service plus pay $30. I'm not saying it's not worth it, but it's no longer a good deal. That said, that place is nice.

This was our 3rd time to Indian Springs. We returned as we love the quaintness and quirkiness of this place. As it was our 3rd time, I had not bothered looking on TA first. Oh dear, we arrived and it felt like a building site. There were lorries and diggers working on an expansive area cordened off with yellow tape.... More

I've been here many times but this time is my last. They are in the process of a reno to add 72 more rooms, some bungalows and a restaurant. I'm afraid management has been hit in the head with the same axe as all the other places that cater to bridezillas/sex-in-the-city/girls (or guys) weekend away crowd. Maybe market research told... I have been coming to Indian Springs for over 25 years - in the days when it was still called Pacheteau's Calistoga Hot Springs. There are some things that are enduring and why I love this place - an Olympic sized geyser fed warm pool is central. The cute bungalows are also part of the charm of the place. We... More

we just spent 2 nights at Indian Springs hotel. We have stayed here many times before, in the hotel & the cottages. We stayed upstairs in the hotel. Our room was nice, comfortable. The only problem is that the hotel is expanding & there is construction everywhere. The lawn area with the hammocks & bocci ball is still a great... More

The property strikes a perfect balance between the old and new, maintaining the feel of a resort from another time with well-executed modern updates. We stayed in a cottage with a kitchenette. The cottage was spacious, with a nicely updated bathroom and a front and back porch. The bed was super comfortable. As other reviewers have noted, Indian Springs is... More
