This is the place that you just gotta go if you're in the area. Quant little town walking distance from this famous hot springs. This was my first hot mud bath and well worth trying for most all folks. They also have a great hot springs pool area. The hotel room was very nice and recently rebuilt. It had door... more

There is nothing in this place that can justify even a $100/night. This is OUTDATED and OVERPRICED facility. I stayed in old places and some of them are charming, because thay are remind you a granma's house. That's not the case here. The staff is attentive and helpful, but that's where it ends. We stayed at Palm Row cottage at... more

If you're looking for a world-class, elegant, highly-polished hotel-spa experience, then keep looking. But if you'd be happy with an old-world, old-fashioned, charming environment, then this is the place. This is my fifth visit to Indian Springs over 20 years, and I make it a point to go there every time I vacation in the Napa Valley. Best is the... more

I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a few days away from the city for total relaxation. I will be returning! The room (I stayed in the lodge) was superbly furnished and included some cheeky nice touches such as the sleep book & CD (which really sorted me out!), the snuggle blanket (despite the fact that I... more

This is a fantastic find and one that most San Franciscans keep for themselves! Lovely old pool and late night swims were pretty quiet and relaxing with the hot springs in the background, warm water and stars in the sky it was amazing. The main building rooms are beautifully decorated with frette sheets and bamboo/ thai style furnishings. the marble... more

Stayed here while on a trip to Napa and Sonoma. Enjoyed the pool every evening after touring the wineries. Ground and rooms were nice, did not visit the spa. more

I used to go up to the old Nance's Hot Springs for my annual mud bath, but haven't been to Calistoga since Nance's burned down. This year I was wisked off to Calistoga for two days of M & R (mud and relaxation) at Indian Springs. What a wonderful 2 days of complete joy and relaxation! On arrival, I was... more

My husband and I stayed in the Lodge and found it to be really cozy, quiet and private. We were on the lower level looking out on the mountains, toward town. Having an entrance on both sides of the room was a nice feature. The private patio was a great plus also. We spent the majority of our time lounging... more

We stayed in the main building. The room was very nice. Free wine and cheese on the patio the night we stayed. The pool is almost olympic-sized and fed with warm spring water. Easy walk to downtown for nice restaurants. more

I got the package Mud bath and 1 hour massage for ~$200. It was totally worth it. I never had a mud bath and it wiped out all my visions of a relaxing soak in mud. It was a room with 4 tubs filled with hot mud. It was a feeling unlike any other (nice though). After the mud, you... more
