While the springs are wonderful, the staff is so incredibly rude, uptight and inattentive. It’s a shame because this place is so cute. As this is a place to relax (it’s a freaking spa), these guys should know better and add a little more hospitality to their business. more

First off, I want to say that we’ve stayed here at least four times, we’ll go again and I would heartily encourage visitors. This review is partially for people who have stayed in the cottages and are thinking of staying in the lodge and partially for the owners to make a few adjustments. So to be brief, Indian springs opened... more

We've been staying at Indian Springs for nearly 10 years now and our overall experiences have been pleasant. We've recommended it to family and friends. However, the last few times we've gone we continue to be disappointed by the general apathy and indifference of some of the employees (mainly the desk people). Judging from the majority of negative comments regarding... more

My best friend and I stayed at Indian Springs 1 night midweek in January as a girls night away from our trip to San Francisco from New York City. We were in one of the bungalows which was absolutely adorable!! It had a front porch, back porch, full kitchen complete with free snacks! It was very clean as well. The... more

Been staying at Indian Springs off and on for years. Always been a great place to stay. Always clean, great location, plenty to do, even in poor weather. It took me a few times, but now I just expect it...they are rude at the front desk. Have always been, at least for the last 15 years I've been staying there.... more

We stayed in one of the Palm Row bungalows and it was clean, charming and comfortable. Robes are provided for going to the pool and spa area. The pool is open until midnight for overnight guests - no attendant, just use your room key. We had massages and slippers and robes are provided in the lockers. A great place. Go... more

We stayed at Indian Springs while doing our wine tour of Napa and decided to stay for two nights. The hotel room, while small, was very comfortable and relatively quiet. We really enjoyed the hot spring pool. We both did a mud bath and massage package and had very different opinions. I enjoyed the mud bath but thought the massage... more

I've been to IS twice this year and am going back at the end of this month. I haven't stayed at the hotel (b/c I have a little dog and they don't allow pets) but go to the spa everytime I'm here. Next time I'm in Calistoga w/o my dog, I'll stay here b/c the little cottages look really cute... more

I had visited Indian Springs a few times previous for treatments at the Spa, which includes a day pass for the pool. This weekend I stayed the night in the Lodge and was very happy with my stay. The grounds surrounding the pool, spa, and Lodge are perfectly manicured and fit in beautifully with the redwoods to the west. Lots... more

My husband and I stayed at Indian Springs last weekend. We were in town for my sister's wedding, and the majority of the wedding party and guests stayed there. For the most part, the rooms were fine. However, it was incredibly hot in Calistoga and the air conditioners in the rooms didn't work well. My major problem was with the... more
