I have visited the casino many times, but never stayed overnight. Well it was worth it to just enjoy the hotel and casino and chill. Had dinner on the 27th floor at Cielo. Great meal and relaxing atmosphere away from the crowd in the casino. The room was clean, the bathroom was beautiful and spacious. The bed was so comfortable.... More

The rooms are very comfortable. The hotel staff provides great service. The venue for shows is a ballroom with chairs - so sit close or you won't see well. Skip the fancy steakhouse at the top; the food is average at best and the drinks are poured with the device that monitors how much they serve - very low class.... More

After living in Los Angeles for over 30 years, sometimes I just don't want to drive. And if you're visiting Los Angeles, you might not want to rent a car. Morongo Resort and Casino is a great getaway and there is Amtrak Thruway service from downtown Los Angeles Union Station! If you're going to downtown Palm Springs you're in luck.... More

We have stayed here before. This hotel is very nice. Super comfortable beds and bedding. The bathroom is luxurious! The staff was good. I get the feeling they would do about anything you needed. The price is a bit high for my budget but with two it is better. We went for the gambling which was unusually bad for both... More

My review is a little late, we stayed in November. Although this is a casino with a Vegas like vibe, the pool area is great during the fall season for families and the weather is still very nice. We stayed the 2nd week of November for 1 night so that we can try it out with the kids, and it... More

The personal at this hotel are amazing. Friendly, and make you feel more than welcome. The rooms are beautiful for a casino hotel. The restaurant "cielo" is great and the cafe has very good food too. Overall, great experience at a casino hotel.

We were driving by and had to check it out! It was nice and your typical casino. Honestly, I can't stand the SMOKE! We gambled a bit but I would have lasted a lot longer if it was not for the SMOKE! Geez! We won $18 and went over to In-N-Out! ha ha Also, the restaurant "Cielo" on the top... More

Great over all experience. Their customer service they provide is truly remarkable. However, they use an electric shot counter which makes the drinks pretty weak, but still very expensive price for a very little amount of alcohol. They said the reason my wake up call was late was because they were to busy calling other guests. Well why not use... More

We planned our stay at the hotel for 2 nights. Nobody said that there was construction/remodeling going on at the hotel. If they knew this, we should have been put on another floor away from noise in the morning. We called and they said it starts at 10am. It's 8am and they have started. WATCH OUT at the next hotel... Been to several casinos throughout the country and the Morongo didn't disappoint. The gaming floor was kept very clean. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and polite as well. Didn't "hit it big" while we were there but then again I just look at gambling as paid entertainment. :)
