Hotel room is small, but fairly clean. Has a flat panel TV, but it's only 27". The pool is nice and you have to get a wrist band from the front desk every day in order to use the pool---yet when you get out there you see tons of Mexican kids running and screaming and very few of them are... more

Just got back from our stay at Morongo and will definately not return. Went for a 2 day get-a-away with mom and my 3 kids. Pool was awsome, and rooms were nice, but that was it. Since travelling with an elderly mother, requested connecting room, which was not avail, said best that they could do it put the rooms 2... more

Our stay was very enjoyable. The rooms were clean, very modernly designed, the view was nice, and the bathrooms were so awesome! The room was well worth the money. The convenience of the location was great as well, casino downstairs, restaurants in the casino, spa right downstairs, as well as the pool area, not to mention the wonderful OUTLETS!! :)... more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My husband and I ordered 4 drinks (combined) at the Sunset Bar and Grill and closed our tab at $25.00 including the tip. When we checked out the next day there were 3 charges on our bill for the Sunset Bar and Grill, none of which were our $25.00 tab. We disputed... more

The valet is expensive the security guards and waitors are rude. they made us wait 40 min to get a table at bamboo. the food court tables and chairs are not enough. The dealers are very quiet. The club 360 was at max capacity at 1045 and they security guard kicked us out of that place. we waiting in line... more

This was our first trip to Morongo Casino and I was shocked by how enjoyable our stay was. The check in time was not until four, so we shopped first at the Cabazon Outlets that are a few minutes down the road (so many stores!). Still arriving early, they had a room ready at 2pm and let us check in.... more

My husband and I visited the Morongo for a weekend of relaxation. This was our second visit. We splurged and went for a "canyon view" room because we thought the mountains would be beautiful this time of year. Don't be a sucker like us! When we checked in and opened the blinds, the window was covered in dirt. We could... more

My partner and I planned to spend the last night of our Palm Springs getaway at Morongo. We see adds so often and decided to try it. We felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable, one of the casino guards in particular I felt was almost a threatening presence. It seemed clear to us we might not be the kind of folks... more
