We planned our stay at the hotel for 2 nights. Nobody said that there was construction/remodeling going on at the hotel. If they knew this, we should have been put on another floor away from noise in the morning. We called and they said it starts at 10am. It's 8am and they have started. WATCH OUT at the next hotel... Been to several casinos throughout the country and the Morongo didn't disappoint. The gaming floor was kept very clean. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and polite as well. Didn't "hit it big" while we were there but then again I just look at gambling as paid entertainment. :)

Went for 4th of July- room was nice but expensive and the cancellation policy sucked so was forced to go or lose $700. The night club was boring and maybe had 30 people. We made the best of it and danced all night long but will never go there again.

Well I like to be perfectly honest as that's what I like. I have a few concerns such as between the valet and the bell captain they turned my husbands birthday cake on its side which was very upsetting. It came out of the box in two pieces. The other thing I didn't like was we were told we could... More

Went to the Morongo to see 2 of our favorite bands. The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly. The rooms are very nice with a large bathroom at a cost of slightly above $200 a night. I really liked the room. The concert was to start at 9PM but it didn't actually start till 9:15 and it... More

I couldn't wait to get to the highly-acclaimed Morongo casino for Los Lonely Boys/Los Lobos concert last Friday night. The hotel was nice and the staff helpful when I got there. The room was beautiful, though priced a bi on the high side, in comparison to other casino/resorts I've been to. The venue for the show was a BIG disappointment... More

Recently, some friends and I visited Palm Springs, and the Morongo Casino Spa Resort. If you are looking for a desert property, Morongo is your place. It is clean; but, unfortunately it's not smoke free. Although, the air quality was very good. The gambling was fun. The slot machines were new and enjoyable. While we did not actually stay at... I could care less about gambling, so the casino itself didn't hold much interest for me. However, we have family members who love games of chance, and they enjoyed it immensely. There are shopping malls very close by (five minutes away), if you are like me, and need something to do while everyone else gambles. In the evening we all... More

With family visiting from Montreal we took a road trip to the Desert to hit up the casinos. This was our second stop.... started with lunch at the buffet. The buffet was OK, not great, just OK. The food was plenty with lots of different offerings but many of the options did not look appealing. Some had been sitting too... More

I went on a Wed/Thur and it was the best Birthday relaxation trip ever. I was never bord. Swiming, floating around the lazy river, bowling, gambling and the seafood buffet. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The mountain view was nice to look at. Didn't win any money but I still had fun. The Taco place was great also. I... More
