Its basically a truck stop motel located right off the freeway people. What did you expect? if your vacation plans called for a stay on the side of the 5 freeway just outside of bakersfield then you need a new travel agent. This place is for people who want a cheap hotel to arrive late at and leave early to... more

This Red Roof Inn is nothing but a fixed up Motel 6 or worse. It is located right next to the highway. Almost on the highway would make a better discription. The windows are not good insulated which makes the highway noise very loud inside the rooms. You'll need some earplugs for sure if you decide you're gonna stay here!... more

Ya never know what you will find on the I-5 at midnight. I decided to give this place a try eventhough it was more than the cheapo Motel 6.Check in was fine, and the young man was very friendly. It said it had been renovated few years ago, plus it offered free "cook to order breakfast" Turns out its a... more

They take pets, so we stayed while on our way down the highway. It was terrible. The bed sagged in the middle and the bathroom had permanent stains and you know, it was not good. more

I stayed at the Willow Inn because that was all that was available at the time. After reading the previous reviews I arrived with the attitude of, "It's only for two nights. I can do this." To my suprise it was a pleasant experience. Yes, it is in the middle of renovation, but that is a plus for us travelers.... more

This place was horrible. Everything in the "Buffaloed in Buttonwillow" review is true. The room door was loose and rattled, the air conditioner was very noisy and "basic" doesn't begin to describe the room. Worst of all was the dirty linens. "White" pillowcases that were a dingy brown. A washcloth that looked like it had been used to wipe the... more

My wife and I booked the Willow Inn suites to split up a long drive. The rooms themselves, werent bad for what they are charging, I travel extensively and have stayed in some pretty awful hotels . This hotel is located right by the highway adjacent to the on-ramp . This is where the truck drivers change gears . The... more

Do not stay in this motel! I made reservations a week prior through Travelocity, after reading decent reviews online. I was traveling between Anaheim and Sacramento, and arrived (with my wife and 3 year-old daughter) at 10:00 p.m. We were too tired (and my daughter was cranky) to seek other places to stay. First, the motel staff lost my reservation.... more

Conveniently located on/off I-5. Room was very comfortable; clean. A step up from the other hotels in the area, but still resonably priced. Hotel staff was great at check-in. more

Stopped overnight during a trip from San Jose to San Diego. Fine for the price/location. A step up from a Motel 6. Easy access to/from I-5. more
