I got the hotel for a great price on Priceline. My flight was very delayed, and I did not arrive until after midnight. Although my room was prepaid on Priceline, they had assumed me as a "no show" and re-sold my room to someone else. They then told me the only available rooms for me were their "upgraded" rooms.... for... more

I travel several times a month both for leisure and occasionally business. I was extremely disappointed by this hotel. The hotel is shabby, and I do NOT mean shabby-chic. It is shabby- awful, run as fast as you can from it. I am surprised that anyone would consider this above a 2 star. The only hotel I have ever stayed... more

I saw some bad reviews, but i stay at this hotel alot, and in my opinion its a prettyt good hotel. For me in Burlingame, its usually a toss up between this Doubletree and the Embassy suites hotel. As far as the rooms go, this hotel doesnt have 2 room suites like the Embassy does, but nonetheless, the room is... more

this hotel is in serious need of an update. it is all rather dingy and old. It is MILES from the airport and is not close to anything, yet they charge $16.00 for parking. The breakfast buffet was terrible and pretty much inedible. I think this is the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at. more

I stayed overnight recently while travelling thru San Francisco. The hotel is super convenient to SFO, less than 5 minutes south on a freeway and right on the bay. The property could use some TLC in spots, such as the sliding door that greets you in the lobby, after which you have to manhandle a second manual door with your... more

I stayed at the Doubletree for two nights, three days to attend a conference. I was pleasantly suprised (after reading negative reviews) with the hotel service, the restuarant, and my room. I arrived late (midnight) on the first night and checked in quickly..the service was friendly, the warm cookie was yummy, and the front desk let me keep my car... more

This is not an average Doubletree. They cater to airline crews 24-7 over other guests. Not worth more than $59 a night. They must allow animals as there was a dog running around the lounge area. Staff said nothing about it. The furniture in the lounge was ripped and torn--something you would pickup from a garage sale. The small meeting... more

We stayed at the Doubletree for 4 nights June 26-30 as a part of a Hotwire offer. It showed the hotel being a 3.5 star at $89 a night. Parking is $15 a night, Internet is $9.95 for 24 hours. We were initially assigned a smoking room in the un-renovated part of the building as the front desk claimed that... more

Stayed here for one night just before xmas. Check in was abysmal, the girl was too engrossed in a conversation with another staff member and couldn't wait to get rid of us. Paid for a bayview room, the room I had was shabby to say the least, carpet walls and furniture all chipped and marked. Reminded me of a Super... more

Good location about 4 miles from SFO airport. Right on the water! Has reliable shuttle every 30 minutes to and from the airport. Decor is a bit dated, but the hotel has been refurbished in the past couple of years. The front desk staff could be a bit more attentive, but I may have just experienced one of their "bad"... more
