“Not what I'd expect from an Embassy Suites”

I stayed at the Embassy Suites waterfront May 6-8. They are undergoing construction. I think when it is completed it will be beautiful, but I kinda wodner if they should even take reservations during construction. “First Visit”

Lovely hospitality! I would recommend this location to others. I will return! Even though remodeling was in progress, staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was very useful for the purpose of my visit as well as my husbands. Bay view of the S.F. airport is very relaxing after a hectic business day. Thank you!

“Not what it used to be”

This place was under construction and the place seemed dusty and dirty, the bar could use some sprucing up, it's the same decor as I remembered it 20 years ago. In room dining closed at 11pm, couldn't even order a pizza.

“Lila is awesome!”

Went to the bar for beers and sliders. Both were delicious!! Bartenders are great! But my server Lila was so nice and gave me really great service! She is funny, sweet, and went out of her way to make sure I was happy! Awesome job!!!

“Under Renovation - go elsewhere for food.”

Depending on your priorities this hotel may not be a good choice for you - at least ask about the status of their renovation. Located near SFO the hotel seemed a logical choice. The staff was great.
