Stayed here for a conference. This was a convent location for SFO, as they offer a free airport shuttle. Of course, you are a ways from San Fran, but you catch the shuttle to the airport and GOP on mass transit, also, Burlingame has a free shuttle that will take you to caltrans. The hotel was nice, with good views.... More

I really liked this hotel in terms of the layout, the rooms and amenities, and the staff. If you are there for business either at the hotel or in the vicinity it should be fine, just don't expect easy access to most San Francisco tourist attractions. For that (assuming you do not have a car) you can take the free... More

Clean, spacious, bright. Great quality for the price. Rooms are noisy, but clean, spacious. Staff is professional and delightfully friendly. Approachable, and a stone throw from the airport. Comfortable with room to breathe, even when the hotel is PACKED (as it was during this visit!).

Stayed her for three day conference in early April - grerat atrium hotel, service by all parties was also excellent, rooms were nicely appointed, lunch buffet served in a cardboard box - actually works and is agood value at $16.00, including tax, drink - without transportation you're eating at the hotel, Knuckles needs a Happy Hour on weekends.

Located about 7 mins drive from SFO this is a good hotel for people who need a clean nice place. The is huge and seemed fairly empty when I was there. The reception staff were friendly and upgraded my room on check-in which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable, which is what you want in... More

I was landing very late in SFO and didn't want to add a long cab ride after hours in airplanes so I decided to spend a night there. It's definitely less expensive than a hotel in SF or in the valley and the rooms a pretty decent. The service was good, the room clean and they even have a free... More

Overall, I had a favorable experience at the Hyatt. A clean, modern, well-maintained property. Comments: * There is a shuttle to/from SFO Airport that runs on a continuous loop, about every 15 minutes. The shuttle is shared with the nearby Marriott, so on the negative side, the intermediate stop en route to the Hyatt delays your arrival at the Hyatt... More

We booked this hotel because it is much less expensive than city center properties and we did not want to have to rent a car. One of the best features is the shuttle: it's free from the airport to the hotel and back and runs every ten minutes for most of the day. We came with our luggage from the... More

Great hotel in proximity to airport and only a 35 min bart ride into San Francisco. There is also an easy walking trail that is across the street and goes both north and south. You will find some restaurants along this path that have great views of SFO and the planes landing. Kincaid's is a nice one along with the... More

Easy to get to and very nice. Great service at the front desk. They even comped me the parking as we wouldn't even be there 24 hours. There's also a nice bayside trail to run on. We stayed there with our 4 year old. She loved it. Loved the balcony overlooking the atrium.
