Grumpy after arriving from London…. Bus was prompt but waited several minutes at Marriott as driver went into hotel, so took 15+ overall. Long checkin queue avoided via Platinum/Diamond express line. No outward facing Club rooms, so got one facing the atrium. Room rather tired and in need of remodelling, but OK. Paid brief visit to sports bar after finding... More

The Hyatt Regency SFO airport lives up to its 4 star rating. This large hotel has the classic atrium style design with half of the rooms looking into the interior. There is a big shuttle bus from the airport shared with other hotels, so you will need to pay attention to get the right one for this 15 minute ride.... More

The front desk and concierge were fabulous--very helpful in making suggestions, including what not to do. The room was fine, but really could have been "any hotel USA"...it still amazes me that high end hotels gouge for wi-fi in rooms. Nice walking/running trail along bay is just across the street. Free shuttle to downtown Burlingame.

The Hyatt Regency at S.F.O is a perfect location for saving yourself from the high prices of San Francisco yet being close enough to visit all it's sites. For persons with a car, this is the best scenario. You will save a lot of expense by staying at this beautiful hotel with great breakfasts which are included on some deals.... More

I stay here on business several times a month. I love the consistency and especially the staff. Laura at the front desk is exceptional! Rooms have all the amenities, are up to date and spotless. Love having a mini refrigerator in the room. Great location as several eateries are within walking distance if you do not eat at the hotel.

Check in was very easy although my husband was pursued into the lobby by the valet wanting our car (costs $24.00 to self park and $28.00 for valet parking), my husband told him that I was waiting in the car if he wanted to talk with me. He did not come near the car. The room was very nice. We... More

Hotel is well located near to the airport and connected by a frequent free shuttle bus. We had an early morning flight and it was great to be able to leave from here without rushing. Bed was comfortable and rooms were pleasant enough if a little dated in style. Some of the rooms face onto an inner courtyard so if... More

I'm a loyal Platinum Hyatt customer and This hotel doesn't live up to the Hyatt standards. While the facilities are nice, the rooms can be oddly shaped, small beds and worst of all the rooms and common areas are dirty. I'm not sure they had dusted in months. Light fixtures and door handles were rusted and worn. Shower was fine... More

2 day visit for business near the airport and this was one of the few places I could get into. The Hyatt regency is looking run down with worn furniture and dated decor. My room was facing the attrium and so was noisy. Room was clean. Bed comfy. Breakfast buffet very uninspiring and not good value. The hotel really is... More

This is an airport hotel. Most people stay if they have an early morning flight. When we checked in the front desk informed us that the electricity would be turned off from 5-7 am in all the rooms. They handed us a flashlight. Really?? I wish they would have let us know ahead of time and we would have booked... More
