I got a great deal on the price so it was definitely value for money. The hotel is clean, well connected to the airport via shuttle and if you're looking for a no frills place this one definitely fits the bill. The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice without being fancy. Definitely an option to consider. more

Obviously, this is an airport hotel, so there is no reason to stay here unless you need to sleep right next to the airport (I did, as I flew out very early the next day). But apart from the location, in an otherwise unremarkable part of the SF area, the hotel is fantastic. Large, spotless rooms....great staff, a true 5... more

This hotel is located about 5 minutes from the San Francisco Airport, depending of traffic of course. My room was on the Regency Club floor. It had two beds and was very roomy. Check in service and check out service was easy and fast. The room was quite, even with highway 101 right outside my room window. I could hear... more

I booked through Hotwire and got an excellent rate on a one bedroom with a king bed. When I arrived I was greeted by the very courteous hotel staff. The room was very clean. And, although it faced the highway, there was no noticeable traffic noise. I ordered room service and received a very tasty meal in no time. The... more

This is good quality hotel, typical of the Hyatt Regency class. Nice room, good ammmentities. Asked for a quiet room and was given an inside room. The Muzak could be heard through the doors, but it ended before 10P so no problem. Friendly staff, frequent pick-up bus (20 min. max wait, I was told), shared with Marriott. Internet is $10,... more

Stayed one night in late April prior to an early morning flight back to Boston. Staff was very friendly at check-in and later helpful with printing boarding passes. I decided to return my rental car the night before to save time in the morning, so I dropped it off at the central rental location at SFO, took the train back... more

I was attending a seminar in the hotel and stayed for one night. Last time I stayed here was in 2004. Since then, rooms have been totally renovated, and Hyatt has done a wonderful job! Room was nicely decorated, and bathroom had a modern decor (and was very clean). Room service was prompt, delivery person very friendly, and food excellent.... more

Here's a letter that I wrote to the management about my terrible experience at Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport...this should say it all: As recent customers to your establishment, I am writing to inform you of the poor customer service that we received during our visit to San Francisco. On April 19, 2008 I reserved four rooms for three nights... more

That's how bad it was. I was on a business trip and the internet wouldn't boot up--I had to call their help desk and spend 20 minutes on the phone troubleshooting at 10 at night, AND they still charged me. They gave 2 water bottles in the room which had been opened and refilled--totally disgusting. Rooms facing the highway are... more

As I arrived late at night back in San Francisco, returning the car at the airport and heading back the next morning to Europe I opted for an airport hotel and to be honest I do not regret, as this Hyatt is the best airport hotel I stayed in so far. I upgraded on the spot for a fee of... more
