This was a fine hotel. Nothing special, but given the age of the building they did a nice job keeping it clean and in good working order. The executive floor room was small and the service in the restaurant was a bit slow. Nothing bad or good overall, just a fine hotel. more

I've stayed at other Crowne Plaza hotels that have been very nice and welcoming. This is a tired building that exists for airport travelers from all I can tell. Service was spotty. I had all my heavy luggage loaded on the cart before the bellman offered to come and help. more

Room was suffice with great TV and work desk area. Staff provided service above expectations. Had a chance to eat at the restaurant and the food was FANTASTIC! Try the salmon... you'll LOVE it! Airport shuttle was prompt. Highly recommended! more

Our room was ready and everything was working and appeared clean. I think there are only 2 sets of elevators but we never had any issues.
