Stayed here for 2 nights with my young son. My husband was not with us on this trip. Checked in very late and fell straight to sleep, thankfully remembering to throw the chain on the door. Was scared witless at 1:45 AM by someone USING A ROOM KEY and TRYING TO ENTER OUR ROOM!!!! I kid you not. He slammed... more

Was 2AM my time by the time we finally arrived. so we were exhausted. The area this hotel is in is terrible. Nothing near by but the train, office buildings and warehouses. No one here was very pleasant to deal with, but the rooms and the bathrooms were very clean. I have to give them credit for that. This is... more

Not only was my confirmed reservation not available, there were 3 other parties of people checking in at the same time as we did, and they ALL had problems getting the rooms they had reservations for as well, and one other party was refusing to stay due to the poor condition of the room they were given. more

My wife and I were scheduled to stay 4 nights. The hotel that we saw was different from the pictures shown on the website. First of all the hotel was nestled between the picturesque interstate and the railway tracks. The hotel was run down and in dire need of repair. Never mind renovating, I think this place would be better... more

Stayed here 2 nights and they have elevators, pool, and restaurant. The location is right off of I-5 so you can get to downtown LA in about 10min. The rooms need a little uprgrading but nice size rooms with clean sheets and central air. Very compfortable and great price at $85 a night. If your visiting LA this is a... more

Reviews are for a reason. We were forewarned. But did not heed the warnings. Upon arrival, I wanted to turn back. But we decided to have an open mind about the whole place. Extremely hard to do so. Night Front desk staff, young and rude. Could care less to see us walk in. Our first room was horrible. Sign said... more

Er, rude, rude, rude and then some. Yes don't expect any kind of service at check in there isn't any. Tried to save a few dollars and you end up here. Dodgy decor and fittings, room not very clean. Please call 911 and come and get us! more

We stayed 2 nights at the end of August. Check in was ok, the desk staff were reasonably attentive and accommodating. We received our parking pass and room keys. It would have been nice to have received a few directions to help find the room. The elevator was down the hall, outside in the courtyard, not exactly where I would... more

I stayed here October 2007 and I would never again. It was awful, I was nervous leaving my luggage in the room when we went out for dinner. Not worth it. Pay a bit more and be safe. more

We came into LA on July 4. Called several hotels. Many were booked or wanted 150 to 200. Stayed here for 100. Old hotel. The lobby is very nice. One elevator was open and about a foot below the floor. The working elevator made loud sounds. Had a hard time finding the stairs. Our first room had ants in the... more
