Not only was my confirmed reservation not available, there were 3 other parties of people checking in at the same time as we did, and they ALL had problems getting the rooms they had reservations for as well, and one other party was refusing to stay due to the poor condition of the room they were given. more

Stayed here 2 nights and they have elevators, pool, and restaurant. The location is right off of I-5 so you can get to downtown LA in about 10min.
