Great location - downtown area. Nice interiors, spacious rooms. Not much of a choice in the restaurants, but the staff at the restaurant were very nice - they were ready to cook up anything that me and my wife wanted. But restaurant is expensive - better to eat at any of the other restaurants in the downtown area - just... more

This property will not work with you regarding cancellation fees, and we are now being given the run-around from both the Holiday Inn & Priceline, with the result that we will have to pay $497 for NOTHING.....I understand paying a cancellation fee, but not the entire amount of the reservation, especially as the hotel was able to re-sell the room.... more

This was my first trip to the Burbank area with my 11 year old son. After a 5 hour flight and many delays, we arrived at the hotel in a bit of a rush. We had one hour before an audition for my son. Of course when we went to check in, expedia had screwed up our reservation. The woman... more

You can see its two green illuminated brick towers at night from every direction and from the I-5 freeway. It's no wonder this hotel has every room and suite booked on some nights. For one thing, several airlines board their crews here while based at nearby Bob Hope Airport. Then there seems to be a substantial convention business. And the... more

I had a shocking experience at this hotel. The first room that I was provided was obviously already occupied, with luggage open and laptop on desk. I could easily have stolen the laptop of the guest. No one was there. When I went to the front desk to get another room, they assured me that this NEVER happened and also... more

The hotel was dirty, loud, and just all around just bad! We arrived around 11 PM and the staff took nearly 20 min to check us in! We then stumbled around two towers to find our room, and it was vary hard to locate the elevators. The staff was not vary friendly. After the first night, we moved to the... more

As a frequent priceline user I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. The Holiday Inn Burbank needs to be knocked down and start over again. To start off with the decor is extremely dated, I can get over that if it didnt smell dated. Throughout the hotel there is a certain odor similar to mildew everywhere you turn. Upon check... more

I have stayed at this hotel 3-5 times already over the last few years. Its proximity to the freeway, malls, and the Burbank airport make it easy to access for business travel. Its really old and dated - the hallways make you feel you as if this rundown dark hall was not in a hotel but instead in a hostel.... more

The Holiday Inn Burbank is not four star, but not trash either. The front desk was exceptionally pleasant with me, and even gave me an upgrade to a suite. But my business partner, who checked in several hours after me, was treated with confusion and indifference. My room was clean and well maintained. Staff fixed a running toilet within minutes... more
