The staff was not customer friendly AT ALL! We were unable to make our stay called in the day before, but they still charged our group the cancellation fee for not staying. We have stayed here before, but would NEVER stay AGAIN. They would not waive it and were difficult to deal with. more

This is a newer property, cleverly jammed onto a very small lot within view (and earshot) of the freeway. Parking is akward and requires a lot of dexterity. I am staying at this property right now. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, the rooms are ultra clean, the breakfast spread is awesome and the hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I am a VERY picky hotel customer and very hard to please, so I am very surprised by all of this.... more

As a business traveler I frequently stay at Hampton Inns. While I paid about $80 more then a normal Hapton, it was well worth it. The hotel is brand new and has features typically reserved for a higher-end hotel. Byron, the night clerk, was especially helpful. more

The "inn" indeed smells brand new. And the newness of it is about the only reason I would suggest someone stay there. This is a brand new facility and still smells new. The lobby is large and very inviting. The breakfast area was nice but seemed a bit small, esp. for an HI&S; if it ever had to handle a large crowd, seating for everyone would be problematic.
