Smelled awful throughout hotel. Rooms dirty---flat out gross. Dirty linens strewn about the hallways. Absolutely worth exiting, paying a little bit more, and staying somewhere else. Felt sorry for the guy at the front desk for working at such a dump---poor guy was folding towels, answering phones, and handling irate patrons (demanding room cleaning) at the same time. more

I can't believe this place exists! The 2 and half star ratings and I quote "These limited-service establishments are expected to offer clean, basic accommodations. .... Guestrooms generally offer private bathroom, telephone, TV, and limited amenities." are ABSURD!!! The pictures of the place do not give this place justice. I checked into this hotel which looked brandn new on the outside but inside is decorated like a cheap holiday inn from the 1970s(and not in a good way). If you are on a budget and want a nice clean place, then this is the place, everything you need; full kitchens, wireless internet, wonderful staff. The courtyard was very quiet in the evenings. more

The staff does not care of the "quite after 10pm" policy. In our case there were parties till 4 am!!! And we came to Burbank for a business trip! That was terrible!!!
