This was the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. The first time I realized I made a mistake was when we went to the elevator. It was filthy and smelled of urine and smoke. It says it's been renovated but looks and smells horrible. Uncomfortable bed, thin covers and comforter, dirty carpet, dirty windows, small room and a waste of... more

Was just here for 1 night and it was an awful experience. I had a big presentation the very next day to our ompany's COO, wanted to get a relaxing good night sleep. Yes, the hotel looks nice outside, it's a walking distance to a new plaza with variety of restaurant chains, stores, etc. Marriott is next to it -... more

My husband and I recently spent 10 days at the Extended Stay in Burbank. In the past, we have stayed at a more upscale hotel when we visited Burbank, but this time wanted to try a place with a kitchen, so we wouldn't have to spend the extra money for breakfast. This hotel was about $30-40 less per night than... more

When we arrived at ExtendedStay Burbank after a 7 hour car ride with a wonderful but very tired 11 month old, we were told other guests had decided to extend their stays so we had no rooms there. We were directed to another ExtendedStay 30 minutes away. Yes, they offered to comp but that wasn't the point. We were never... more

Needed to go to Burbank for funeral. Booked room for two nights using Extended Stay America's website and received confirmation. My late arrival to Burbank (9pm) prompted me to call ahead to notify of late arrival. No answer at front desk after several attempts. Arrived at hotel at 9:30 pm to find no rooms available. Went across street to Courtyard... more

I would never stay here again, the stove was dirty, the bathroom was filthy, with hair in the tub and on the toilet seat. The towels had stains on them. The trash cans were overflowing and the halls smelled of smoke. more

I would not stay here ever again. We checked in at 3pm- our room smelled of urine, but since the rest of my family and friends were staying I tried to make the best of it. We cleaned the room and sprayed it with lysol and opened the windows and then went out for a while, hoping we would come... more

Carpet in room with stains and patched. Dishes dirty. Beware of parking lot. License plate stolen from car. Have stayed in other extended stays with no problems. I do have to say staff was friendly except one night person that seemed very annoyed when I called to report my license plate was stolen. more

Our hotel room appeared and smelled clean (despite staying in a smoking room), but it was filled with cockroaches of all sizes, probably at least 100 were visible when we first opened the door. more

"We are no-frills hotel" that I heard at the reception desk meant exactly that: no shampoo, no hair dryer(!), no maid service, only two small towels, 15" TV (basic cable only)... Don't even think about such luxuries as wake-up call, 24-hour reception, or breakfast. The room was clean, but far from quiet and comfortable (noisy parking lot, thin walls, next... more
