We stayed here in mid-January for a night. Friendly welcome from the front desk, made to feel at home immediately. Good size room, with a patio out onto the pool area and a separate sitting area. Breakfast included in the rate was fine. Can get a bit noisy from traffic outside and occasionally from the air conditioning unit, but nothing too... More

I slept comfortably. The check in was very fast, and the lady was very nice. I liked that my room had a little patio off of it with lounge chairs and a sliding glass door. The hot tub was piping hot and I used it for a good 15 minutes right up until closing time at 10pm. It's right off... More

We stayed at the Andersen's Inn. Employees at front desk were very nice. We were very impressed with the Inn. Everything about the room was very clean. It had the appearance that it possibly may have been refurbished. Carpet was clean and appeared new. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom also appeared to have been remodeled. The stairs leading to the... More

We wanted to be as close to Solvang as we could and unfortunately, there was a Festival going on and couldn't find one there, so Buellton is very close so..... This is a good value, the bed was comfortable, the room large and bathroom were very clean. There was a mini fridge and microwave in our room as well. It... More

I stayed here because a family member loves it. I was skeptical at first but was surprised at how clean and good it was. It had a fridge and microwave in the room and beds were comfortable. In the area this place is super cheap and worth it. It does not provide shampoo and conditioner in the room but other... More

Family of four stayed for a weekend in Solvang. The beds were comfortable and clean. Mini fridge and microwave in the room as well. Very quiet area. Overall the room was clean. I would suggest that they clean the hair dryers.I went to use and quickly put it down as it looked filthy.

Booked through Priceline, and we were put in a smoking room with a stretching accordion-latch thing for a bathroom door. There was a mini fridge, but it barely worked at all. During the night, we found several different bugs in our room, including a huge Daddy Longlegs. My gf was freaked out. To make matters worse, the Free Internet didn't... More

The Pea Soup Andersen's Inn is not a fancy hotel but does provide good value. We stayed there for a second time this Thanksgiving. The fact we returned for a second visit would indicate we found it worthwhile. the room was clean and comfortable with a microwave and refrigerator. Location in Buellton makes it easily accessible to Solvang and the... More

So here's a question: Heading North on 101 in a hired car from LAX after a loooooong flight in from Australia - where do you end up if Santa Monica is too early to stop, but the jetlag kicks in before you reach San Luis Obispo or Pismo? The answer is Buellton. Just sayin...... Oooh. "Where are we?" "Ummm -... More

Stay in Room 141, October 2014. PROS: - Soft sheets - Windows by the door and in the bathroom to allow fresh air in from outside. - Clean bathroom and shower - Sliding glass door allows access to central courtyard and pool with plenty of lounge chairs and tables. - Quite peaceful and quiet despite being on a major street....
