This really is a puzzling property. Check in is very pleasant and you get a great impression. The lobby is very clean and quiet with the bar/restaurant in front of you to the right and the nice restaurant down a broad corridor, easily accessible. I went with a friend to help her check into the hotel as she had no idea where it was located and I did. Check in was fast and the desk staff was very friendly. The room wasn't ready but the hotel held onto her luggage so she could come back later to get her room key. Finally, with room... more
Location was a little hard to access but definitely quiet. Amenities were good for the price. Will definitely stay again. more

After some of the less than stellar reviews, I was expecting the worst. We stayed one night before a flight to Europe with friends. It was the hotel of their choice. Stayed here one night before we left town. About 10-15 minutes from airport. Hotel is in a nice quiet safe location. Would probably have to drive a bit for shopping and dining, but overall a nice place. more

I stayed there with my teenage son during his spring break. It was a nice, quiet, hotel, set far enough from all the noise and traffic and yet still close enough to get to SF airport or SF to enjoy the sights. Parking was free and cable internet was free, so it was a nice alternative to staying in SF... more
Not alot to say about this hotel really appart from it's average. Free internet which is better than some places. more
