Friendly staff, nice, comfortable bed and clean room. Breakfast not the best but was hot and coffee plentiful. Location proximity to Bodie and Bridgeport a plus. I've had dinner before when passing thru and it was good.

We had a condo for Sunday night in Mammoth, but did not want to pay the high weekend prices to stay Saturday night, so we booked this place for Saturday night. We had a room in the hotel part. Loved all the furnishings and the wood lined room was very cozy. Nice grounds around the hotel, with the river running... More

We ate here a couple of times and let me say just stick with the pizza. All the rest is just ok. Also ask for the blue cheese and ranch dressing it's amazing! Although we never stayed in the cabins we did get a tour and let me say for the price..it's super cute and cozy! Pets accepted! $5 each.... More

Spend a night at the nice and cosy lodge during traveling to the death valley. Staff is very friendly!! Price (50$) is fair, room was clean and pre-heated :-) . Breakfast was delicious as well. So if you look for a nice lodge, go here!

Room was warm and comfortable. Easy parking. Food was great with generous servings. Proprietors are especially friendly and accommodating. Hope to stay at the Viginia Creek Settlement again. A great place to stop at the end of the day.

I wanted to stop and sleep so I could go in the park next morning. As far as a pit stop, it works, and as long as you don't mind that they give your four punch pass code out loud to you, in front of others waiting to pay their food check in the restaurant. Yes, the hotel check-in is... More

Stayed here for 1 night to break up an 800 mile journey. Booked a simple cabin with 4 single beds for a very cheap rate. It was great! Had to pay for the shower next morning but I felt that was fair given the price. Ate in the restaurant for dinner which was fine. if you don't mind staying somewhere... More

Let me first say to all those who had issue with the accommodations, you are traveling in the Eastern Sierra's, not a metropolitan area. It is rustic and miles from a big city. You come here to disconnect and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you. A few days without internet is good for you. The owners are wonderful people. They... More

We rented a cabin that was so cute. It had a queen size bed, bunk beds, full bath, fridge, and microwave. A porch with 2 wooden chairs as well. There was a creek 20 feet in front of us, we loved hearing it at night. It was close to Bodie and a few fishing spots too!
