Thanks for taking the time out to review your stay at Homestead Studio Suites Brea. Please accept my sincere apology that you weren’t completely satisfied with your experience. Our goal is total guest satisfaction, and it is disheartening to read that we were unable to achieve that in your case. Although our front desk hours are from 6.30am to 10.30pm,...

The hotel is in a nice area shopping, food, and only 12-15 minutes from Disney. We only paid around 30 dollars a night through priceline, and the hotel is what it is somewhere to sleep on the cheap. And that was great for us because that is all we do, we are always on the go. You get a fridge... more

Well if you must stay in Brea and are on the cheap, then by all means, stay here. After arriving and finding out our room wasn't ready at 9pm at night because of staffing issues and because the rooms were still being cleaned, we finally were given a larger room because that's all they had. Larger yes...nicer...NO. Super duper plain,... more

No frills hotel with microwave, kitchen sink, toaster, and full-size fridge. Walls could use some cleaning. Someone's snot was on the bathroom wall. Other than that, it was clean and quiet. Overall, not bad but no frills. more

There were lots of bed bugs on our bed. We asked the front desk to get us another room, and she was very rude. No appology or whatsoever. The second room we got had a really loud refrigerater. The bathroom was disgusting. Never stay this hotel again! more

I expected more from Homestead suites and came away very disappointed. It definitely needs renovating (the front desk agreed) because every part of it comes across as shabby. Our room had cracked tile, broken lights, stained carpet and tub, and damaged cabinets. The "kitchen" is barely servicable: one mug, coffee pot is missing pieces and there is no dish soap... more

We booked our stay through orbitz at a low rate of $30/night. We then arrived at 6am. The manager said to come back at noon and the room would be ready. We were tired from driving, so we slept in the car till noon. Then the manager said the room was still not ready and to come back maybe around... more

We stayed in this hotel for 2 months and so far the experience has been quite good though some flaws in other parts. The staff was great, as well as the manager. The only thing during the weekend is there are hardly quarters you can use for laundry. Overall, the stay was good and would try to come back if... more

I'm glad I read the reviews for this hotel after our trip, or I wouldn't even be able to write this very positive review for it. Maybe it has improved significantly after the previous review, I don't know. When we checked in, our room was clean, and there's no refrigerator in the middle of the room (what's this? I've never... more

This is the worst (of the brand name) hotels that I have ever stayed at. The rooms are advertised as “suites”, but the room is a hotel room with a fridge jutting into the middle of the room. Generally bad condition: filthy, broken items (lights, air conditioner, etc.) Most disgusting was the toilet had feces from the earlier guest all... more
