This is the worst (of the brand name) hotels that I have ever stayed at. The rooms are advertised as “suites”, but the room is a hotel room with a fridge jutting into the middle of the room.

Generally bad condition: filthy, broken items (lights, air conditioner, etc.) Most disgusting was the toilet had feces from the earlier guest all over the seat.

They indicate that maid service is on Thursdays (light cleaning) and Mondays (full cleaning), but I got one cleaning in the two weeks I stayed (which was on Friday).

Room key was repeatedly de-activated. Had to go down to the desk to get it re-keyed several times.

Bed sheets were stained, cigarette holes (in a no-smoking room), lamps did not work, a/c did not work, curtains did not close all the way, and on and on.

There is a reason why this hotel is priced substantially less than others in the area. I recommend strongly that you stay away from this place.
