This "resort" is highly overrated. There are many nicer places to stay in Palm Springs/Palm Desert. Check-in was a pain. Very small area for parking. Several cars parked in red, circling for the next illegal spot, and long lines at the front desk. The staff are unhelpful. Not rude, but you get the feeling you are intuding on their day.... more

This hotel is slightly funky, but overall a good value. Don't expect the Four Seasons, but it is clean & well maintained. The staff were very helpful, & made sure my room rate was adjusted to the quoted one, which was cheaper than what was in their computer. the pool area is nice & the grounds are fine. What is... more

Sorry for the late review, but perhaps this will help prevent an uphappy stay... this place is not worth the price read below for two other suggestions in the area: We got their 'top room' a deluxe suite with a GIANT jacuzzi in the bedroom... the size that most hotels have by their pools. A terrible water waste as it... more

We stayed here because the reviews were so good, however the outside looks great ,the location is great ,but when we entered our room there were spider webs on the ceilings , which made everything seem very dirty and dusty. We loved the area but would stay down the street next time more

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in November. The room was large and had a good size balcony overlooking the pool. The toilet and shower were separate from a pair of sinks, a nice convenience for the 3 of us who were travelling together. The hotel was not full when we were there but we were aware of... more

They were stingy with the towels. The food is Chinese, not barb-b-que and burgers as stated on the website. They called our room at 8:00am to ask if we were coming to breakfast. more

The place is certainly clean and well located. You can walk 'downtown' and to the Park Headquarters. I really like the store on the premises that is open 14 hours a day and a good place to stock-up for hikes (water, trail-mix, guides,etc.). Don't be dissuaded by the fact that this property is also a RV facility, you still feel... more

We just returned from a trip to Anza Borrego Desert. Palm Canyon Resort is clean, comfortable, and quiet. This is a simple resort with a nice pool and jacuzzi spa. This is a good resting spot for people passing through and has spots for RV's as well. We ate dinner and had the breakfast buffet at the restaurant. Both meals... more

I have been visiting Borrego Springs since the '60's. It is a great alternative to the Palm Springs area as it is small and quiet with all of the pleausres of the desert. Palm Canyon Resort is a great place to stay. it is neat and clean, very affordable, and the people are friendly and helpful. It also has a... more

We really enjoyed our stay for a day on our way to Palm Springs and would highly recommend this resort to others. It was really neat to have breakfast at the coast in La Jolla, lunch in the old gold-mining town of Julian, and then arrive mid afternoon for a relaxing evening and morning at Palm Canyon. The resort is... more
